Updated Gourmet Kitchen. 6 burner Blue Star Culinary range and oven. Explore the nearly acre lot facing wooded open space with Apple Trees, Cherry Trees, Peach Trees and a seasonal creek running along the property. Peaceful and Gorgeous. Easy access to Red Rocks, Downtown, Highlands, Golden.

There is a King Master Suite and one Queen suite.

The home has a separate lock off entrance. Business Class Wifi. Coffee maker and complimentary gourmet coffee, tea. Blow dryer. Iron. Everyone loves the look. Well appointed, great design, Tasteful and Colorful furnishings.

We get a lot of Red Rocks guests. Easy access to Red Rocks is only 20 minutes. Ask me about my Red Rocks secrets~!

Central location is so nice with easy access to major highways, I-25, I-70, I-76, 6th Avenue, Close to downtown. 4 miles in about 12 minutes. Easy UBER pickup.
Airport is about 30 minutes

Your unit is the main floor of the home. Please note, there is a separate rentable 2 bedroom unit on lower level with a different parking access and a separate private entrance. Plenty of off street parking (5+ spots are available). You have private access through front door. to two bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and one full bathroom. There is no shared space. That's a lot of detail but glad to answer your specific questions. Bottom line we have created a beautiful space for you to enjoy. Laundry facilities are available upon request for guests staying 3 days or more.

Great stay!

Great location to visit downtown Denver, Red Rock, and many other attractions. The inside of the house we well furnished and had a great kitchen.

Hi! thanks for being a great guest. That kitchen is amazing. The high end Blue Star range is to die for - any great cook would certainly appreciate. I am also a big Red Rocks fan. Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, and just a great space!

Our stay was perfect! Close drive to the mountains and an easy drive toward some great restaurants! The owner was always quick to communicate with questions or helpful information! Definitely my top pick to stay again!

Great stay, very relaxing outside in the backyard.

Great place. We liked it was somewhat private on an acre lot the backyard is peaceful. Everything is updated and new.

Thank you. It is a nice spot. Really cant even see neighbors in backyard due to adjoining open space and creek that runs length of the property . Plenty of wildlife can be found if you look. I am glad you enjoyed

Really great location and convenient

Property is easy to locate and relative distance to just about everything local was 20 minutes or less to get just about anywhere. Owner has recommendations that are really great if not looking for the normal fast food chain.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and even left welcome drinks for us in the fridge. The open space was bright and welcoming and the bedrooms were luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and large and there's a lovely backyard surrounded by trees. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home and location

Great Location for Red Rocks!

House was very well taken care of and had everything we needed. Was a very short drive to Denver and Red Rocks. Easy to get to Colorado Springs and Boulder as well. John, the property manager, was there a few times and very easy to talk to.

Nice property – great owner communication

Very nice stay while visiting a relative who lives in the area. The property is very much as shown in the pictures, although one of our available bedrooms was different than what's shown (still with equivalent size and features). Owner was very responsive to questions and informed about restaurants, attractions, etc.

Thanks! Yes we have made a few upgrades. I have an eye for nice things and like to add them. Im surprised you did not notice the new Berhardt coffee table Super fun. Looks like a bunch of silver mushrooms. Totally unique.

Friends Getaway for Red Rocks Concert

Had a wonderful time in this cute house with so much character. Was very clean, comfortable beds and owner left wonderful food and attraction ideas plus tons of information about the house. Great location to get to Red Rocks. Took about 20 minutes.

Great place and location

The house has recently been remodeled so was really nice. Beds were comfortable! John was very helpful with tips on dining and other attractions. There is a separate second unit below you that was rented. We never encountered those renters while we were there. We were gone a good deal of time. We went to Red Rocks to a concert and this property is very close. Overall a very great place to stay in a nice neighborhood

Friends get away

We came into town for a NiN concert at red rocks. John’s place was the perfect place to stay to easily get around town and explore the state a bit. The outdoor and entertaining spaces made it a perfect place for our small group to meet up to coordinate rides to events we planned and who can beat an outdoor bar on a beautiful summer evening.

Great Lakewood rental

Perfect spot for access to a Red Rocks concert .The house was so close to the venue and the host provided great input about the best way to enjoy Red Rocks. The house was immaculate and we could not have asked for a more attentive host .His recommendations for dining and other activities was spot on! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great host!

This house is perfectly located between activities in Denver and Red Rocks or Loveland Ski area. The house was very well stocked and clean! The beds were very comfortable and the house was great. Plenty of games for the family in a quiet neighborhood. The host, John had communication and was very accommodating. I would recommend this house to family and friends!
