Centrally located in La Quinta minutes from boutique shopping, restaurants, theaters, golf, biking, festivals, art shows and BNP Paribas Open, Historic La Quinta County Club and Old Town La Quinta.

Pets allowed- Dogs only- $10 per night per pet.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

Only two cars are allowed in the community. One must be housed in the garage and the second car can be parked on the driveway. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.
