Beautiful 2 story split level house that we call Poolside. 4 bedrooms all with queen size beds, 2 full baths, in ground pool. 2 Miles to Cooperstown all Star Village, 21 Miles to Cooperstown Dream Park. Minutes to Oneonta's down town shopping and eateries 18' x 34' in ground pool, Wifi, air conditioned bedrooms, 2 living areas. Two living rooms, large patio poolside with grill and furniture. A sunroom with another queen size bed and a queen size pullout downstairs. This home sleeps 12 comfortably. All of the amenities of home and perfect to visit all four seasons.

Stay near C.A.V.S.

All star Village was a few minutes drive, very convenient. Views from the location are beautiful and the pool was clean and refreshing.

Great location. Super close to Cooperstown Allstar Village. Close to grocery stores and everything else you need. House has plenty of room and perfect for our stay. Would go back again

Baseball week

The house was perfect for our week of baseball at All Star Village. A short 2 mile drive. Pool was great for siblings even though it was used only once. We had anticipated more downtime. Bedrooms were very cool and comfortable. Only problem was hot kitchen. We had a child with dietary restrictions and had to prepare meals. A window air conditioner would be perfect. Sean was easy to communicate with. He and his wife were very friendly and helpful upon our arrival. Would recommend this rental.

Great house, Close to All Star Village

We came to stay in Oneonta for a week while our son was at Cooperstown All Star Village. We rented this home with another family, it had plenty of space and a great location with close proximity to both downtown shops and restaurants, and just a few minutes from the field. I do wish that the kitchen was more equipped as there were just odds and ends, not well stocked to cook a proper meal. The beds, linens and pillows need updating, not very comfortable sleeping. Also the prop manager should provide more towels, as we were given only ten, however there is a newer washer and dryer so we were able to clean daily. Overall we had a great experience, loved the area and the home was charming.

Perfect location to All Star village, clean and well maintained & kids loved the pool!

Sean was awesome, had no issues checking in or out. He was very informative and told us a lot about the property and area. The house and property was very well maintained and clean! We were a family of 2 with a total of 5 adults and 3 kids. It fit us all perfectly and the kids loved the pool!! Highly recommended and would stay here again.

Excellent House for Cooperstown All Star Village

This home is a jackpot for families with kids playing at Cooperstown All Star Village! It was the perfect home! 4 large bedrooms and 2 great bathrooms! The house is huge...two living rooms give you plenty of space. The pool and basketball hoop and huge yard made the stay! Nothing felt better then a dip in the pool after a long day of baseball. Owners are great too. The ONE thing is the house does not have central AC. BUT each bedroom does have window unit. It was totally manageable. We live in FL and thought we were going to have issues, but we used fans to circulate the AC on the top level. The bottom level stayed cool the entire time.

Great place to stay near All Star Village

Nice property with great pool and backyard which backs up to horse farm. Nice kithchen with what you need for your stay. Beds are comfortable though we did buy a foam piece for one of them. Lots of living space on both levels with great smart TVs. AC units need to be kept on to keep it cool along w fans. Really nice backyard for kids to play and great pool area for families (could use a few more lounge chair options). Can get a bit of noise from highway but quiet at night. Overall, if you are coming up for baseball this is a great option!

Air conditioning

The only issue was a/c. It was only on bedrooms and the living room/kitchen were extremely hot in the afternoon/evening. Another air conditioner in the extra room next to the kitchen would help. Pool was great and the washer /dryer was a plus.

Close to Allstar Village

Our team was playing at Allstar Village. This was the perfect location, 5 min away, to travel back n forth to the park. The pool was perfect for the younger siblings. The house was clean, plenty of room.

Clean Pool Friendly Host

Sean, the owner of property was wonderful to work with, had great communication and was responsive to texts and emails. The pool was exceptionally maintained and a wonderful feature to have on site. We were there for Cooperstown All Star Village tournament, the location of this home to the Village, was only 5 mins, so perhaps for back and forth between games. I would recommend the home for the pool and for the hospitality Sean showed. However, there is some opportunity with the overgrown weeds in the lawn and attention to details in the cleaning of the home. There were cobwebs throughout the corners or the home, on the fireplace mantels, and the kitchen counter and light switches were visibly dirty (bring disinfecting wipes).

Cooperstown All Star Village Stay - Week 3

Easy drive to the All Star Village. House was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. There’s a pool that was great for the hot days. Owner was very nice and helpful!
