Crisp, clean beach house - Across from beach-free linens.

Sep-May $2500 per month. Reviews are on Air B site, for some reason not attaching here —-trolley runs from end of June to end of august—Check in 3:00 pm-check out 10:00 am. Your welcome to park in pier parking lot (rest rooms & small beach there also) & set up at beach until house is ready or same thing at check out; and your welcome to use the yard & outdoor shower also while waiting. This house includes free sheets & bath towels provided by our laundry company, which means you don’t have to wash them upon leaving nor do you have to pack them. We also include dish liquid, new kitchen sponge, dish towel, starter roll each of paper towels and toilet paper & a few trash bags.

Every window has a view of water. Nice flat streets for walking, jogging or bike riding. Wake up each morning and enjoy your coffee/tea at the beach or walk to the jetty or pier (beautiful sunset) with it and watch the people fishing and the boats coming and going.

This house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Spacious & fresh and clean looking inside and out-nicely furnished. Two decks,manicured lawn, Grill, dishes, cookware, coffee pot & Keurig, micro, toaster -everything you need to cook. Sleeps 7 people in beds (living room has twin sleeper for an additional person) 1st bedroom is full-size bed, 2cd bedroom is king bed, 3rd bedroom has bunkbeds (full bottom twin on top). Living room has couch, loveseat and 2 swivel chairs. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room and driveway parks 3 to 4 vehicles. Backyard is shared between two units. Shared hot outdoor shower, deck off the kitchen has table & chairs and upper deck has seating area. We like to leave out a few beach chairs &umbrella (we try to keep up the best we can between renters) living room has smart tv so you can log into your favorite accounts. Also antenna connected for local channels. House has two units, Owners stay on one side intermittently. Park and walk to beach across the street diagonally -walk to restaurant that is seasonally open with guitar player outside at night. General store that is open seasonally with breakfast, lunch, last minute necessities and lobster is sold there. The pier is right there to fish/JetSki & Parasailing rentals-Whale watch, cruises, etc.(summer months). Nice flat area to walk or bike. neighborhood is mixed with year rounders and renters. Very quaint family oriented area-&private beach. local lobsterman nearby selling fresh lobsters & can deliver to house. Sorry, no pets at all -anytime in house or property. Pet free zone-for allergy free
