The Space:

This beautifully renovated, fully historic 4-bedroom home sits at the top of Elk Ave, offering easy walking or biking access to anywhere in town. Renovated top to bottom with top-of-the-line furnishings, fixtures, and appliances, it's an incredible base for enjoying historic Crested Butte.



The main floor opens into a bright kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances and everything needed to prepare a world-class meal, flowing right into the living room so cooks stay part of the conversation. The dining area seats 6, with 3 additional bar stools for extra guests, and the living room features a gas fireplace for warming up after a day outside. This floor also includes a powder bath and the primary bedroom, with a king bed and full bathroom featuring a steam shower.



The 2nd floor holds three more bedrooms: a queen and a king sharing a full bathroom, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and its own full bath with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, and the home is equipped with A/C throughout.



The basement offers a recreation room with a full-size pool table, TV, and comfortable seating.



Out back, guests can enjoy a private hot tub (sized for 6-8), a personal parking area accessed off the alley, and a patio with seating for 4 and a gas grill, all surrounded by beautiful landscaping—rounding out a first-class vacation experience.



Must be 25 years of age and older to rent this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

In the historic part of Crested Butte this house is walkable to basically everything town has to offer. The business district starts a block away.



Getting Around:

Easy to walk town and walk to the base area shuttle. Car is not necessary.
