This beautifully renovated 1-bedroom cabin sits on the alley between Elk and Sopris Ave, tucked directly behind The Hideout and Montanya Distillery. Just a half block from the heart of Elk Ave and the free shuttle bus (running every 15 minutes to the ski resort), it's an easy walk to just about anywhere in town.



The single-story cabin features a queen bed, a full bath with shower/tub combo, and an open living area with vaulted ceilings, a dining nook, and a fully equipped kitchen. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance after a day on the slopes. (Note: the stairs shown in photos lead to a storage area, not a loft.) A small patio is available in the shared backyard.



As an alley property, this home offers fun, authentic CB character, but can come with some noise—delivery trucks use the alley for local businesses, and guests may occasionally hear late-night activity or dumpster use as nearby businesses close up for the evening.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



1 off street parking space is available.



There is no washer and dryer for this property.



Renters 25 and up are welcome, those under 25 are always welcome with their parent or legal guardian.
