Loved the condo!

Very well appointed and the building is right in the heart of Old Town near so many great restaurants and nightlife. Wonderful pools and great view from the roof deck. Close to the beach and Malecon also. I will definitely stay there again.

PVR birthday celebration

Excellent condo and building. Couldnt ask for anything more other than a few more pillows for the king bed, other than that, everything was excellent!

Great place for an extended stay

We stayed almost 5 weeks here and could not have been happier. Right in the heart of everything, and on the side of the building that doesn’t get as much nighttime noise as others. Rooftop pool area and lap pool on 5th floor were both amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Even the staff at the condo was amazing.

Nice unit, great location

Very smooth check in process, communication with management company and owner was seamless. Great location, so close to all restaurants and nightlife yet very quiet. The building has great amenities, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, lots of rooftop lounge space with lots of umbrellas for shade. Very well maintained complex.

Nice condo in Puerto Vallarta

This is a nice clean condo in a modern building in the heard of the romantic area of Puerto Vallarta. The two pool areas and rooftop are very nice, and the unit is clean and has easy access. There are a lot of good restaurants close by, and the beach is a short 5 minute walk. The check in and out process worked great, and the owner responded quick to our booking.

The unit has everything you need. The location is excellent. The amenities are great. The city is safe the people are nice. Luxury qualities. Managed well. I will stay again.

Excellent value!

Absolutely beautiful space & property! Location was perfect if you don’t want the headache of the beach vendors. Would recommend at anyone. Very secure & felt safe at all times. Hot water was a bit spotty & hot tub was luke-warm we’re only negatives we could find.

Great Place to Stay

The unit was bright ( the living room and kitchen anyway), clean, and well decorated and well equipped. The location was excellent. Mr. Hernandez in the property office was extraordinarily helpful, spending almost an hour to sort out an internet problem for me. There was some street noise and some from neighbors slamming doors, but nothing excessive. I would definitely stay at the Pavillion Condos again.

Condo was great. Nice seating around pool. Friendly at the front desk. PM never responded to my question after the Owner told him that housekeeping was included in the rental agreement.

Excellent in every way!

The condo itself was exactly as pictured. Very thoughtful amenities in kitchen, baths and bedroom. We enjoyed the bright, modern decor of the unit. It was very clean as well. Furniture was of good quality and in very good condition. Showers were large and hall was wide. A very open spacious feel throughout. Condo location was wonderful for us. It was 3 blocks to the beach and the start of the Malecon. Restaurants and shopping were both available, some very nearby and others just a few blocks away. The owner was very easy to communicate with and quite responsive to inquiries. The management team was thorough in the initial check-in and easy to reach with a follow up question. Highly recommended, the best experience with VRBO to date!

PV Getaway

This apartment is beautiful and in the perfect location for anything. It was so nice to jump in the lap pool when it was very hot out. It's conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the best tacos. Everyone in the building is very friendly and it was never crowded during our stay. We used the grill one night for steaks and veggies which was nice. It was great to also have a washing machine to wash clothes and towels. The biggest disappointment was 95% of the time having to take cold showers. I contacted management. They sent someone, which helped a little. Most of the trip we were rushing in the shower for the first 5 min to utilize the hot water, but would always end up having to take cold showers. I didnt like that some of the utensils had dried up food or rust on them. Also, the last morning there was yellow stuff dripping from the ceiling above the toilet which was odd. The lighting in front of the mirrors are terrible. It casts a horrible shadow and is so dark. All in all it was a great experience and stay.

Nov. 6-18th stay

The Condo was quite accurate as far as the pictures go, however was some what disappointed that ideas from other guests were not looked into. Example, the lighting in both bathrooms was horrible. We ended up plugging in the bedside light for a better light at the mirror. Not sure why a lighted, magnified, wall mount mirror could not be installed. Also found the balcony very ugly! there were 4 chairs on it, but 2 were not useable, as the webbing had rotted away. I did call the property manager right a way, she came and took pictures, but didn't bring any more furniture. Also sure would been nice to have had some lovely, real planters on the deck, and in the condo itself. Another suggestion is to have all the bedding in nice white sheets, so they can be bleached, and smell crisp, and clean, and although it was nice to have a King size bed, the 2 very old, and small pillows they had on it just didn't cut it! It was quite noisy until 4 am, and could hear people coming and going from the elevator. The Condo size was perfect for us, and it was awesome having 2 bathrooms! also loved the colors on the wall, and convenient to everything.

Great condo and property

This is a very nice condo and property. It is very clean and exaclty as the photos show. The management company did a good job to communicate, and met us on time to show us the unit. It is in an area easy to walk to a variety of restaurants.

Wonderful property, great location.

This was the first time we have gone to Mexico and not stayed at an all-inclusive and we had an amazing experience from the start. Sonja was so helpful in organizing pickup at the airport, meeting us at the condo and showing us around, booking our excursion, and any other questions we had. Moses, the doorman, was so friendly and recommended some really delicious taco stands in the area. The condo was very clean and perfect for the two of us. It's located on the second floor on a busy street but we never had any issues with noise, the bedroom is located at the back of the condo away from the street, and earplugs were supplied if we needed them which is a nice touch. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee supplies, and laundry detergent were also all available for use. The water in the kitchen and connected to the fridge is filtered, so no bottled water was not required and the ice maker in the fridge along with the blender was perfect for making Pina Coladas. The location of the property is close to everything you need and from the pool, you can see the beach which is only a few blocks away. The rooftop pool area is perfect for sun lovers and includes a fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold, the pool is pretty shallow but good for sitting in to cool off and maybe read a book. The rooftop also has 2 hot pools and a gym but we never used them so can't really give a review. The second pool on the 5th floor was deeper and good for swimming laps or just floating as I did. There are also tables on both levels so you can enjoy a meal, areas where you can lay in the shade, and conversation areas with couches and fans. During our stay, they had two parades for El Día del Charro and dia de la independencia de mexico, we were able to stand on the balcony and watch as they set up, then walked around the corner to enjoy the parades. An only minor complaint is the lighting in the bathrooms is not ideal for makeup application, having a makeup mirror with light would fix that easily. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you Mike and Sandra

Great location in zona romántica

Perfect condo with everything you may need. Just bring your toothbrush! Beautiful condo with a comfortable king size bed. Would stay here again the management was also great.
