Beautifully furnished condominium in one of Puerto Vallarta's newest developments with an amazing common area including rooftop pool, jacuzzi, Weber Professional BBQ, partial outdoor kitchen and well appointed gym.

Zenith Luxury Condominium development is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone so there are no hills or stairs to climb when accessing the building. This brand new contemporary style building has beautiful water features in the lobby, amazing rooftop pool and amenities overlooking the Banderas Bay, Sierra Madre Mountains and Old Town. The Zenith has secure building access with 24 hour security, digital access and elevator.

Our beautiful condominium has been thoughtfully and elegantly furnished with all the comforts of home. The unit has views of the Sierra Madre Mountains, Old Town, Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral and peek-a-boo water views from the large outdoor furnished terrace. The unit contains over 1200 square feet of living and outdoor space. This large one bedroom, two bath condominium accommodates up to 4 guests with a king size bed in the master suite and custom made queen sleeper sofa in the north facing living room. Both bathrooms are beautifully appointed with glassed in showers, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. All windows including the large double pained sliding glass wall leading to the terrace have been fitted with custom made blinds for privacy and comfort.
The unit has a flat screen television in the living room (Local channels and international news), internet / WIFI, and Air-Conditioning throughout. The kitchen is outfitted with high end stainless steel appliances as well as a built in ultra violet and filtered water purification system for the ice machine and water dispenser in the refrigerator. The condominium is outfitted with coffee maker, toaster, blender, glassware, pots/pans, dishes, cooking utensils, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and a safe for your valuables. There is also a Bose Bluetooth speaker in the home to listen to your favorite downloaded music from your smart phone or computer.

Common Areas: From the beautifully appointed living room style secured entry into the building with water features to the amazing rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, lounge area, high end BBQ and partial outdoor kitchen to the nicely appointed gym; all common areas are professionally designed and thoughtfully laid out for your pleasure.

Great condo! It was furnished with everything we need, and then even more! We loved the terrace level! We'd go up there at night and enjoy a glass of wine and the beautiful view!

What an amazing experience

My husband and I transferred to Gabriel and Randy's place mid trip and we were blown away by how accommodating they were. Amazing hosts. The place was also awesome. Had everything you could think of as far as extras. Super comfortable and a great rooftop pool and exercise area. So close to all the restaurants and bars. Walking distance to the beach and all the beach clubs. We would recommend friends and family to stay here with Gabriel and Randy for sure.

The condo is situated perfectly in the middle of the Romantic Zone. The owners are super friendly and helpful, and the condo is stocked with everything you can possibly need. I am hesitant to give them the high rating they deserve because we want to be able to book with them the next time we come to PV.

All was just amazing from beginning to end of our stay. All you needed was just within steps!

The Condo was beautiful and so comfy right where all the action is. The only thing I wished they had cable TV in the bedroom and a let guest at least 30 to an hour late check out, other than tha I rate this place A+

Excellent Condo in a Great Location

This was one of the best condos we have ever been to in PVR. The location is great for everything from the beach to restaurants and bars. The condo itself is immaculate and extremely well stocked. The owners thought of everything including good supply of body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. They include several sets of bath towels and wash cloths so there was no fear of running low even though there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The fact that the refrigerator water is ultra violent purified was a huge plus for us and saved us having to lug bottles of water to the condo. The owners were amazing from start to finish. The communication was excellent and they really seemed to care that we were having a good time by periodically checking in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. We absolutely will rent from Randy and Gabriel again! Thanks guys!

Amazing first trip to PV

What a beautiful place to stay. We felt right at home and comfortable the min we arrived to the property. Our host could not have been more helpful. We were told all the great places to go and see. We most certainly will be back for another visit soon!!!

Great stay in central location

The hosts cannot be friendlier or more responsive. They unit and property are very clean. The building front desk is very professional. The unit has a great large outdoor space for your morning coffee. Having two full bathrooms is great if you are a couple traveling. The condo is stocked with everything you need and more.

Home in Paradise

Most outstanding home away from home! Condo was extremely well appointed, clean, comfortable and very homey. Views from pool display the scenic beauty of Puerto Vallarta. Location is in the Romantic zone with convenience to great restaurants, shops and the beach. Gabriel and Randy are great warm welcoming hosts - if you forget to pack something it is more than likely already there, they have thought of everything! Will definitely be booking again with our new friends soon!

Home away from home

This place was more than we could have asked for. The location is wonderful. A short walk to the beach every morning. Close to so many wonderful restaurants and clubs. If you come to PVR for the nightlight, this is the place to stay. The check in process was wonderful. Gabriel and Randy are so sweet and genuine. They made it feel like home. The best part was running into them while out and about and them stopping to say hello. Just that little extra touch that made our vacation that much better. This being our 3rd trip to PVR, this is by far the best one. We look forward to our next trip. Will book this place for sure.

Fabulous Vacation

This is a beautiful property. The owners, Randy and Gabriel have thought of everything to make sure you have a relaxing vacation. Location is great. Close to restaurants, beach and the Malecon. Bus service is close to take you to the larger stores for shopping. Again, this property is a gem and would highly recommended it for any length of stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Best ever VRBO experience!

Having rented many vacation properties in USA & Mexico, Randy & Gabriel are by far the most gracious hosts we have met. They simply think of everything and their property is immaculate. It is also good to know that they are only a few minutes away should you have any questions or concerns. Zenith is a lovely building in the best location, (no hills), and although close to restaurants, bars, clubs the bedroom is very quiet - and comfortable! We will always try to rent from Randy and Gabriel on future trips to Vallarta as we know any of their properties will be top notch. Randy & Gabriel, we look forward to seeing you next year and please try to contact us any time you are in Toronto!

Absolute Perfection!

Well what can I say about this condominium? From the moment we booked through HomeAway it was nothing less than perfect. The open communication with Randy and Gabriel was very comforting and reassuring - they were able to provide travel tips to Puerto Vallarta for first time travellers like myself and partner. Upon check-in it was a pleasant surprise to be met by both Randy and Gabriel (an experience that we have not had in any of the previous dealings with HomeAway) and shown around the condominium in great detail and all the facilities of the building. And now lets talk about the apartment - from the moment you step in the front door it exudes luxury and style... The bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in (apart from my own) and the provided linen was so amazingly soft it provided for an amazing nights' sleep. The bathrooms were well appointed and of very high quality - even to the small details of providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen had all the mod-cons to survive in this great location - of great use was the fridge/freezer with built-in ice and filtered water machine. The laundry was excellent for those longer stays so you can catch up on all your washing - and not have to worry about it when you get home away from paradise. But the best feature of all would have to be the rooftop pool and recreation area. We spent a lot of our time here enjoying the sun and it was never busy or noisy. I cannot speak any more highly of this condominium and the hospitality of Randy and Gabriel - we will definitely be returning. Thank you both for making our first trip to Puerto Vallarta so magical.

Gabriel grew up in Mexico City while Randy grew up on a ranch in Southeastern New Mexico. We have lived in Dallas, Mexico City and now make our home in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.
Gabriel and Randy were both in the Hospitality Industry in Mexico City and Dallas respectively. We currently own long-term rentals in Dallas and Mexico City and are very excited about our first nightly rentals in Puerto Vallarta.
