Villa Maroma is located on a 12-hectare private peninsula within the prestigious gated community of Montecito Beach Village. This villa uniquely offers two private pools as well as access to shared pools and to the private Cala Beach Club. • Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• Reservations must be booked & paid for within 7 days of arrival
