We loved the location of the condo. The heated pool was great and the condo has a beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. A nice family friendly location.

Beautiful peaceful paradise

Our stay at Coco Plum was great, beautiful place, quiet, our kids loved and enjoyed the pool, we walked on the beach every morning. Close to many great restaurants and anything you need. We will definitely visit again.

Check in was very easy. Kevin was great. Condo was clean but the towels needed to be cleaned better (some were dirty) and linens had some stains on them (gross). Also, having enough towels to use for 6 people staying without being charged would be good. We had to use the same towels all week. The pool needs to be cleaned as there was black around the edges and a lot of bugs and debris in pool. The beach was easily accessed but the seaweed during this time of year was horrible. We had to drive to other beaches to be able to access the water easier which messed our plans and budget up. The seaweed isn’t the condos fault but I wanted to include that in my information for others. We ended up checking out early and going to another hotel (and having to pay extra to do so of course) several hours away to be able to enjoy the beach without it smelling bad from the seaweed. We were pretty disappointed in our stay but some of the things were not the fault of the condo.

This Cozy Codo is a home away from home.

We had a great week at the Coco Plum condo. It was a great home base for all our boating and diving activities. And condo was also a great place to just relax on our down days. We went snorkeling off the beach, swam in the pool and walked down empty coco plum beach. We would stay here again!

Beautiful view!!

The condo was lovely. On site staff were very helpful and gracious. We enjoyed the pool and spent lots of time taking in the phenomenal view from the balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped. Very relaxing stay…

Remodeled everything! Killer view of the Atlantic. Great location - easy drives to Key West and Islamorada. Friendly staff. The pool is great and well maintained.

Wonderful stay

Our condo was awesome to say the least, very clean and accommodating. View was breathtaking. Pool was amazing and both Kevin and Meghan were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this condo.. already booked for next year.

Awesome stay

We just returned home from a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our family. Clean, well kept, and perfect size. The managers were easy to reach and everyone including other guests were super friendly!!! A definite recommendation!!

Views are amazing

We had a great time at this place. Kids played in the pool and we walked along the beach. The views from the room are perfect. The kitchen was clean and well stocked, but a little dated.

Felt like home

Very welcoming staff Meghan and Kevin, made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend the Royal Plum Club with its central location in Marathon for its easy commute to all the keys from Key West to Key Largo. We will defiantly return for more fun in the sun. Leonard

Location was great; property left something to be desired.

Very dated property; this is not the property for “family fun” due to mostly seniors living onsite and plenty of rules about “quiet”, “using ear buds”, etc. Very disappointed there’s no gas grills, no umbrellas by the pool; chairs lounge chairs were missing straps; and there was one couple that monopolized the ONE tiki hut every afternoon till sunset!

Unique Beach:
We consider ourselves fortunate to have a sandy beach in the Keys!
Please be aware of the unique nature of the beaches throughout the Florida Keys - we are an island made of rock coral.
Most of the Florida Keys are NOT known for long stretches of white sand, in fact, some Keys beaches aren't even very sandy,
but they are a unique shallow habitat somewhat protected from erosion by the reefs which run parallel to our islands.
Our islands are made of fossilized coral rock, so there are rocky patches throughout the Keys.
Beach time is an essential part of any Keys visit, but it usually not the sole focal point.
If you are looking for miles and miles of wide sandy beaches and big waves, this is NOT the place for you.
We'd like you to appreciate your Florida Keys visit with realistic expectations and enjoy our island atmosphere
for what it is rather than what it isn't. If you are looking for a relaxing beach from which to view tranquil blue-green waters,
spectacular sunsets and sunrises this is the place! There are outstanding opportunities for snorkeling, swimming, diving, kayaking,
boating, fishing and outdoor water sports of all kinds; viewing ocean wild life is a wonderful experience here.
There is a rich history and places to visit that range from early settlements, the seafaring trades to the homes of notable people
from authors to presidents, all who have spent substantial time in the Keys and left their mark here.
