Terrific place, great location

The condo is beautiful, had everything we needed, great locationā€”near town and beautiful beaches (15-20 minute drives), and within striking distance of popular sites, including Keā€™e Beach. Clubhouse has a good gym and nice pool/hot tub. Super place for a family vacation!

Great vacation home

My family and I stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved the home. It had AC, was close to various beaches, restaurants, etc. It was right across the street from a fun golf course and so many walking trails right out your door. The facility had a nice family friendly pool that a hot tub and also grills to use. If were back in Princeville, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfectly dreamy

Love this beautiful place! Lots of big widows so the sunlight can pour in, nice white soft towels, cozy beds, a bathroom for each bedroom, large deck with soft chairs and table for outdoor eating or relaxing and best of all in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood close to the golf course and ocean view.

Wonderful property with plenty of extras

We give this property 5 stars. It had everything we needed and plenty of extras. Every bathroom had full size specialty shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap, and hand lotion. There were six oversized beach towels for our use. They had several guide books specific to the island and a book about Hawaiian Birds.There was snorkeling gear, beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella for our use in the garage.It was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay.

Thumbs up! The pros... nice area, easy check-in, enough space for our family of five, plenty of beach gear, close to Hanalei. Cons... it needs to be upgraded, shower has a lot of mold on the blinds, the roosters living in the tree behind the home are noisy, back bedroom gets hot and only one standing fan works. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Our 2nd visit...

The deck view overlooking the golf grounds and mountains beyond is stupendous!..Parrish mngt was quick to replace missing beach chairs...9 minutes to our favorite beach Anini. The kitchen pots and pans are needed to be replaced and deck cushions as well..we will be back next year!

Nice Home away from home

The location is beautiful, view of the golf course is nice. The unit is fairly clean, could use a good deep, detailed cleaning. The beds are good, and provided amenities promised were all available. 6 people stayed a week, and didnā€™t run out of anything. We cooked several meals and always had what we needed in the kitchen. I give it a recommendation.

Wonderful princeville condo with lots of room!

This condo is part of a master princeville community. Lovely 3 br, each with separate bath. Perfect for our family of four, including 2 college age kids. Condo was lit up for our late arrival and easy to get into. Wash/dryer was nice plus. Could use a few more basics in kitchen such as more silver wear, oil, pam or butter. Beautiful lanai for breakfast and mountain watching.Convenient grocery a few blocks away. Condo close to needing some refreshing but way better than some places weā€™ve stayed. Beds were comfy! Canā€™t comment on pool and fitness- never had the time! Would rent again for sure!

Had a wonderful stayā€¦

We had a great stay. Our only hiccup was at check-in. We were supposed to be able to access the condo at 3pm but the cleaners were still working when we got here and were not done till about 4:45. Other than that our stay here was great. The location is wonderful. The community here is always amazing. We had enough room for our party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The patio was great and we had some nice outdoor dinners. The internet is great here. We had no issues with all the devices we had. The ps3 in the living room is a bit outdated and the controllers didnā€™t work. Itā€™s a nice feature but you may want to update it with a ps4 or ps5. The kids did mention that the couch was poking them (down feathers). So the couch may need a refresh. A large sectional would do wonders in the living room as its nice to just fall into a comfortable sofa after a long day of activities with the kids. The room with the double beds does not have A/C but they have fans in there to help. We used the beach chairs in the garage but a couple of them could also use a refresh. The washer and dryer were new and worked great and were a +++! Some boogie boards would be a great amenity as well. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to future visits.

A Perfect Escape

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here! It was so clean and quiet and in a great location! We felt comfortable and really enjoyed the way the condo was decorated and set up. We enjoyed coffee out on the private lanai every morning. The property manager communicated everything perfectly for us and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Great Unit in Princeville

Community pool, community barbecues, partial golf course view from the unit, very large master bedroom. All three rooms can have their own bathroom close by (3 beds and 3 full baths). No access to the garage. The management company (Parrish Kauai) was excellent. They were proactive in their communication, organized, and available for assistance.

Sharp unit in great location.

Loved the location and decor of the home. It was spotless on arrival. The privacy upstairs and the 3baths was such a plus for my family. As I like to cook in Hawaii, this was truly disappointing. For over $500 a night there should have been a decent set of pots and pans, 1 crummy frying pan and one lid, the other pan had been dropped so many times the lid didn't fit the pot. Happy there was a roasting pan but nothing else for baking. Smoke detector started chirping the first nite and had to go to the store at 10:30 to buy a new battery to replace the one that expired in 2018 after we figured out that although it was hard wired, it still had a battery backup that caused the chirping. Property manager was "closed for vacation" throughout our stay so no one to call. Water pressure is bad but I heard there was this problem throughout the area. We did like the unit a lot and enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs in the garage. The pool/spa was a great break from the torential rains throughout our stay. Would love to come back in another season.
