This rental is as nice as it gets....great quiet location, very clean, stocked with absolutely everything you could need including the kitchen. Check in & out a breeze with Shantay as close as your cell phone for any guest needs. Thank you for providing my sons, grandson & me with a wonderful visit!

Host was great and very clear on check in and check out procedures. House is wonderful with a ton of beds/room and clean. Loved the space we will be back again for sure!

Perfect Getaway

Awesome Place to Stay

My friends and I love this place and will coming here for the next several years each Spring. The fire pit was a big hit with us. Good People to rent from

Wonderful, peaceful stay!

The home was beautiful and just as described online. We enjoyed all of the Lakeside amenities, jetskis, fishing, swimming. The back yard was large and beautifully landscaped and the last night's cook out over the fire was a special touch. We really loved the huge bedrooms they came in handy.

Great find!

We had a fantastic stay in this cabin near the lake. The children (3 - 15) had plenty of room to play. Well furnished, clean, and in a good location for the activities we wanted to do. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We were looking for a place that was central to everywhere we were planning to go and had space for us and the kids. This place was just the spot. It had everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very clean and well kept. She was very responsive throughout the process and provided suggestions on places to go in the area.

This was such a beautiful home. It was well set up and stocked. Very comfortable, and easy space to relax. Had pack-n-play and high chair, and a fully fenced backyard. This made traveling with our toddler SO much easier.
Fully fenced backyard (also bubbles and other outside toys available.) There was a BBQ, and corn hole and such beautiful porch swings and chairs too.

What a great place. Perfect for our family of 4. We loved the mining supplies that were available for our use. The kitchen had everything that you would ever need to fix your meals. Thank your for sharing your home with us!

Mining Adventure

Beautiful property and house. We are Science teachers with a group of students from our Math and Science Club. Property was perfect for our stay. Conveniently located between the mines. In the afternoon we cooled off in the lake. The host was very nice and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this rental!

Lovely Property

This property is wonderful. Very clean and accommodating. There were five adults and we had so much room. It is only 45 minutes from Hot Springs and 20 miles to "dig for diamonds". So much fun! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Spacious home great amenities

Our family converged here from Jonesborough TN, Ft Worth TX and Justin TX. Had a great family visit. Loved the spacious rooms and plenty of beds per room, though we didn’t need that many was nice that they were available. Good to know if we do another trip to this area and more family comes that there will be enough beds. ❤️❤️.

The house had everything u could need 4 ur stay. The atmosphere was relaxing. The host was so gracious. I thought I had left something behind and she went above and beyond 2 help me. We r looking forward 2 staying again and this time we r bringing other family members

Very roomy and perfect family spaces

We went to the Diamond Mine with our Grandchildren and Daughter. We saved money by cooking most meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The large bedrooms upstairs with multple bed options was perfect for our mixed group. And my husband and I were tucked away in the master downstairs. The kids enjoyed the yatmrd toys and indoor games, movies. The host has thoughtfully placed needed extra items everywhere.

Cozy lake retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have family nearby in Dierks and if you know anything about the area, you realize there aren’t any hotels. The closest are either De Queen or Nashville. Deciding to VRBO a house instead of booking multiple hotel rooms turned out to be an excellent decision. This home was spacious and cozy. The owner thought of everything we might need and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Family four wheeling

This property was perfect for us! The house was very clean, smelled good, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. The rooms are spacious and nicely laid out, and every room had an oscillating fan in addition to a ceiling fan. We were concerned about having one 50 gallon water heater, but we never ran out of hot water as it must have recovered quickly. We were able to drive our four wheelers directly to the trails. No trailering, which we loved!

Wonderful visit

Shantay was very accommodating and even reached out to ask when we were going to be in town and offered early check in for us. The property was well equipped to keep the young ones entertained at night. I didn't see the fire pit on the advertisement for the house, but there was one at the property. Which was a huge bonus because we had smores in our plans from the onset of our trip. The little lake side community is a diamond in the rough. By far the nicest neighborhood we saw while traveling through west Arkansas. If we make it back out, we will definitely be interested in staying at this property again. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that if you aren't a local and used to the tap water in the area, we would definitely recommend bringing in some bottled water. With that one small knit pick, we would most definitely rate our stay 5 out of 5 stars.

We travel alot and this is by far our favorite property. It was impeccably clean inside and out. The neighnorhood was very quiet. Communication with the host was top tier. Tons of extra little touches to make it feel like home away from home. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.
