Good guests! House was left beautiful. The only issue was one of the bedrooms had a very strong odor that took us days to get rid of. It was never determined what exactly it was.

It sounds like everyone had a great time. Swimming is perfect for families when the river is low. It is true your activities need to adjust when water is being released from the dam. We offer detailed information for those wanting to float the river when water is being released. Kayaks are the preferred way, water tubes are for the more advanced and adventurous people. Fishing is also a favorite activity, happy to hear the fish were biting for you. Guests should be aware they need two Arkansas fishing license, one basic and one for trout.
