A home away from home! Charming, comfortable, family-friendly house located in South Mashpee and conveniently located near public beaches, boat landings and bike paths. Shopping areas, restaurants, fun night-life activities and a fantastic children's museum are just a few miles away.

Your 2-story home away from home, offers all of the standard kitchen and bath amenities, as well as outdoor living including a backyard deck with a gas grill for open-air enjoyment.

The Space

I am a life-long resident of Mashpee, having deep family ties to the town as well as a proud member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. I am also Native Hawaiian, with deep-rooted family ties in Oahu, HI.
Your vacation house has been a sentimental part of the family homestead for many years. There is no doubt guests will enjoy the comforts of our home and indulge in the very relaxing surroundings.

Guest Access

The home is yours!
The only request is please do not enter the closet in the 2nd floor bathroom, opposite of the shower. There is a smaller closet just to the right of the entry way that you may access.
There is a garden in the backyard, although tempting, please do not pick the vegetables.

Guest Interaction

Trish lives directly next door, she will be available if needed, you will have complete reign of the entire home. Trish has provided informational brochures, booklets about the Cape and the islands if excursions are part of your plans. She has also provided local emergency services phone numbers. And for added peace of mind, the Mashpee Fire Dept./EMS substation is just down the street.

Other Things to Note

For your convenience the house has a keyless entry system. You will be given a code upon booking, and you can check in anytime after the provided check-in time.
You will be situated in the ideal location. The Popponesset Market Place, where you will find world famous lobster rolls from the 'RAW BAR," is a matter of 2 minutes away. The Mashpee Commons and South Cape Village is a mere 4 miles drive away. The South Cape Beach, is 3 miles just south of your vacation house. You could not be in a more centralized location.

The Neighborhood
The house is set back from the main road, yet you will not feel disconnected. The driveway is shared with a small cottage just next door. We have a very friendly and close-knit neighborhood, yet not intrusive.

Getting Around
The house includes onsite parking for a maximum of 3 vehicles. In general, passenger vehicles are the most typical. The nearest bus stop for public transit is 3 miles away, located in the South Cape Village. Certainly taxi service, Uber, and Lyft is quite common.
