The community was peaceful and inviting. My family has two elderly people and this space was very convenient for them to get around and enjoy themselves. We will definitely book again for a future summer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed pool each day. It was very quiet at night.

fun weekend!!

We were lucky enough to book for three nights. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The only slight issue we had was regulating the upstairs air-conditioning temperature other than that great stay!

Nice property in a quiet, convenient location

The accommodations were exactly as we hoped. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed the area, including the pool, which was steps away. The beach is a quick drive and is nice to visit; not too many people during our stay in August. Thank you for a great vacation!

This mews condo was conveniently located near the beaches and shopping. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. We appreciated the beach chairs (it would have been nice to have an umbrella, however). The location was quiet and had nice areas to walk. The pool was nice and large enough to get some laps in. Upon arrival we found a broken dishwasher and a broken pull-out sofa. As we had 6 adults, both of these were major incoveniences and neither could be fixed during our one-week stay. Two members of our party had to sleep on a mattress on the floor due to the absence of a working pull-out sofa. Also, the stove only had two functioning burners. The owners did compensate us for this inconvenience by reducing our daily rate, after we reported these issues to Evolve. No other workaround (e.g. a cot) was offered.This unit also has a HVAC problem. We had to set the temperature of the AC uncomfortably low (on the first floor) to make it bearable on the 2nd floor. In addition, the trundle bed in the 2nd floor bedroom blocked the only AC vent to that room, when fully extended.Finally, the unit had ants coming in to the house at the patio door which we were able to treat with bug spray that was provided by the guest contact person. The guest contact was helpful during our stay. She always answered her phone and was pleasant. However, it was not optimal to always have to go through an intermediary to get help from the owners for pressing problems.

We’re sorry the dishwasher and pull-out sofa affected your stay. These were the first reports we received, and a technician was sent within a few days. The dishwasher was replaced, and the sofa’s bent frame was repaired. Following your comments, the stove was personally inspected, and all four burners were found to be working properly. Regarding the HVAC, closing select first-floor vents can help direct more airflow upstairs, and we will evaluate the trundle bed’s placement near the vent. Your suggestions regarding a beach umbrella and an alternative sleeping arrangement have also been noted.

We love this golf course community!This stay has updated bathrooms-kitchen-bedrooms.The extras included, like bed linens-bath towels-dishwasher soap- laundry-garbage bags-paper towels- beach towels- sunscreen—all the little things make a huge impression! We used the beach chairs as well and the community pool which was steps away! The stay was welcoming and the guest service representative was extremely friendly- accommodating-and responsive.Thank you!

Memorial Day weekend stay

Just stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Very nice renovated unit. Very comfortable for our family. Location is great to beaches and all new seabury amenities. We had dinner at the raw bar in the marketplace and our 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed the band in the marketplace. Very kid friendly! We had to go back the next night for ice cream and more dancing. Would definitely rent again. Thanks

Girls Week-end

Condo was beautiful. Very clean. Very well equipped with everything. You wanted for nothing. Very quiet setting. My only complaint was the location of the tv. It's too high but you really have no other option. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and compact

It was an adorable place to stay. We really enjoyed it for our girls trip. The AC was not the greatest for those staying upstairs. Unfortunately, they were have a heat wave and it was difficult to cool the upstairs. Overall the cleanliness was good with exception of hairs in the shower and a dead moth in my pillow case(found when I was stripping the bed prior to check out). I normally would not even mention it if i had not been asked to do a review.

generally clean and comfortable. A/C did not work well especially on second floor as well as temp was controlled remotely perhaps not appreciating the hot temps at property. Description should be updated as pullout couch was broken so not an option for use.

Great place. It was very clean and location was great. We enjoyed our stay!One thing to note is that there is limited parking for two cars. It’s in a complex and this is reasonable, but for my my kids were all coming from different directions so we had to get creative. Just something to be aware of.

Great stay!

This condo was exactly what my group needed for a long weekend on the cape for a wedding nearby. First of all, it was extremely well stocked - plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen has more in it than any place I’ve rented before. It was also a great size and is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The owner also had a bottle of wine waiting for us which was a nice touch!

Wedding Weekend

This home was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was in a great location for the wedding that we attended at the Inn in New Seabury.

Wedding weekend

Spacious condo/townhouse on the golf ⛳️ course. Great location. The condo was clean and well stocked. Our contact, Julie, was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending. We would stay here again.

Everything you could want is here!

This is the best rental we have ever stayed in! The location is beautiful in a woodsy area backing up to a golf course. The kids room is upstairs and the main bedroom is downstairs. Each bathroom is across the hall from each bedroom. The decorating is wonderful and the hosts include all the amenities you could want. Although we didn't cook while there, everything needed was ready for us if we wanted to. A washer and dryer are provided as well. They had an extremely helpful welcome notebook with suggestions of things to do and places to go along with instructions on how to work everything in the place and checkout instructions too. Most helpful was the phone/e-mail address of a direct person you could contact with questions, something other rentals often don't include. For young kids there are kid books and little kid board games and a few games and books for adults/teens as well. The decor is great, the beds are very comfortable. They have comfy extra blankets, one I loved so much I found it online and ordered it for myself! The location of Mashpee was well located to the nearby towns we visited. Big thanks to the owners/hosts as to the attention to details and comfort they have provided thereby making our stay on Cape Cod extra special.
