Exceptional Mews Villa in New Seabury w/Patio and Community Summer Pool

This lovely patio home is located in the highly desired Mews section of New Seabury, New England's #1 seashore resort community off Nantucket Sound. Magnificent South Cape Beach, Mashpee Commons, and the New Seabury Popponesset Marketplace are all very close by. On summer rentals, Memorial Day through Labor Day, you also have access to our Mews community pool (a 1-minute walk from the property) and Mashpee Town private beaches which include a special side of South Cape Beach and two freshwater beaches, Johns Pond - a 343 acre Great Pond, and Attaquin Park Beach.

The property offers a stunning view and spacious accommodations including a sizeable front yard and professionally landscaped backyard with patio next to New Seabury's Dunes course 12th hole. It's perfect for couples or families vacationing at the New Seabury Resort. Elegantly designed with all premium furnishings, it features two bedrooms, one with one queen bed and the other with two twin beds; a den with top grain leather pull out sleeper sofa; family room with cathedral ceiling; fully equipped kitchen; and dining room. The kitchen was recently remodeled with all new stainless steel appliances and cookware, Italian designer floor tile, and granite counter tops. The two bathrooms have recently been updated as well including new tile floors, toilets, and quartz countertops. All new flooring was just installed (December 2024) featuring high performance engineered wood floors and luxury nylon carpeting in the bedrooms. The home also has a detached garage and a central air system with new heating and AC units.

Entertaining, cooking, and spending private time together with family and friends is fun and enjoyable with the light open plan in the kitchen and family room area. Other recent updates include new Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, Napoleon Prestige RSIB 500 grill, and a new AC unit for the central air system.

For your pleasure and enjoyment, other features include a professionally landscaped patio area; extreme blast high speed internet service at 1000 mbps;
and several new flat screen LCD TVs with DVR and triple play channel lineup.
Summer rentals from June 14 through September 13, 2025 are weekly with a Saturday arrival and departure.

Excellent Stay

We are from Missouri with family on Cape Cod. We normally select a home through VRBO and we picked an excellent home this trip. This home has plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. There is also a courtyard with a great view of the golf course. We will definitely check to see if this home is available when we return for another visit. We highly recommend this home.

Great stay before a wedding in Falmouth

The property is as advertised. There was a great little town within the community with restaurants and shops. The beach was a short bike ride or drive away. The grill was clean and had all the supplies. A backup propane tank was in the garage too for when it ran out. Also 15 min drive to a great local public golf course with a driving range. Larry was very responsive to our communications and had a pleasant and positive demeanor. We would definitely stay again.

Cape escape

We just retuned from a much needed vacation and had a lovely time at this property! Larry was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home is equipped with everything needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed early morning bike rides, nearby south cape beach, the marketplace for mini golf and ice cream and so many other local spots. Thank you Larry! We truly enjoyed our time at your home.

Mews Village

We found our property to be perfect for a peaceful family get away to Cape Code. The location was near so much to do and see that we could have spent a week just in the local area. Larry was a great host and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a location with plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax.

Wonderful stay!

Very comfortable place to stay for our family of 5! The house was layed out well- plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel crowded. The backyard and patio were really nice- we enjoyed using the grill! We were especially grateful for the 2 full bathrooms and the easily accessible washer and dryer! Larry was easy to reach and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cape Cod vacation.

After 30 years since our last visit, the Cape is timeless for it's natural beauty. Our week long stay at the Mews Village property was perfect. Great spot, great home and the neighborhood was as peaceful as can be. Thank you Larry for making your home available on VRBO.

Very Clean Comfortable Home In a Beautiful Location

First and most appreciated Larry, the property owner, was very prompt and responsive to our questions after our arrival. The house is very clean and the private patio and backyard faces a beautiful golf course. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes,utensils and several new pots and pans. The master bedroom mattress is so very comfortable for a great nights sleep. We watched the Patriots vs Buccaneers on the large living room Samsung TV. The clarity, sound and extended channel choices are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your home. Thank You!

Great Location and Home

Very comfortable home located on a golf course. The size and layout of the home was perfect for my family to spread out and have quiet spaces. The New Seabury area is very attractive with well cared for homes. We enjoyed our stay very much and found everything in the home to work perfectly.

Wonderful home

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property in the nicest of areas. It’s very close to several beaches, it’s very quiet at night (which is important to me) and the area is very well kept. The owner was great in responding to communications. Definitely recommended.

Excellent peaceful vacation home

We rented the house for three weeks and felt very much at home throughout. Great location, comfortable house with high quality appliances. Very private backyard facing the golf course. Larry was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

He enjoys seeing customers being delighted with their rental experience. Larry's favorite hobbies are golf and spending time with his family partaking in recreational and entertainment activities.

This exceptional property is among the only several stand alone single - level properties in the Mews community with its own garage. In addition, it has a spacious front and backyard and abuts the famous New Seabury golf course in the back.

There are a number of unique benefits including the following: 1.) The owner markets the property therefore no commission is involved (other than VRBO) which helps keep the rental rates reasonable for the area. 2.)The exterior is very spacious with a sizeable front and backyard. The backyard is right on the golf course and, between the garage and driveway area, there is parking space for several cars. 3.) The front door has an electronic coded lock, each customer has there own separate code to enter and no keys or badges are required. 4.) There is a smart thermostat and, unlike many New Seabury rentals, the guest controls the thermostat to help maximize their comfort. 5.) Special luxury hotel shower heads are installed for an invigorating shower experience. 6.) The landscape features include a variety of perennial flowers with a range of bloom providing splashes of color in the yard throughout the summer. 7.) Owner has a friendly expert long time New Seabury property manager who helps in maintaining the property. 8.) Internet service is at a very high speed (1000 mbps) which is great for business use and gaming. 9.) This patio home is easy to get around, including no stairs or narrow hallways to navigate. The open floor plan also makes entertaining and family enjoyment more fun.
