Great place, great location, great amentities!

This place is very clean, modern, comfy, and in a great location. We walked everywhere. Can't think of anything it is missing. We didn't come prepared for the beach, but there were extra beach towels, umbrellas, and other things ready to borrow. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped to bring and store food. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were nice, too. Great stay!

Great VRBO to rent.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The owner provided a snack basket and was very responsive. It is 0.3 miles away from the beach. I would highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful experience

Everything at this property was perfect!!! You will not be disappointed. The owner was such a great host and so detailed oriented. Very friendly too! Great communication and the condo was pristine and immaculate. Everything was set up so perfectly from the layout to the accessoriesā€¦ there was even a detailed list with house rules and where things were locatedā€¦there were little stickers on various areas/ items in the house with descriptions and we found this particularly helpful. The host was very accommodating and even let us check in a couple hours earlier. We were so thankful for that! She even had snacks, coffee and a bag of happy birthday decorations for us (We mentioned we were celebrating a birthday during our stay). We thought this was so personable and such a nice touch. She even had extra beach towels, patio chairs, sunglasses and umbrellas for us to use at the beach. There was even a first aid kit, playing cards, games, pens, pencils, sharpie markers and scissors in the drawer. We were definitely impressed. The location was absolutely perfect as well! The walk to Pacific Beach was just a few blocks away and there were several places to eat! Something for everyone. We really enjoyed the San Diego Slider Company and it is a must try if you visit. Mission beach is about 8 minutes away and La Jolla beach is about 20 minutes away. All in close proximity. The one and only minor downside we experienced was no ACā€¦. However, There were plenty of portable fans for us to use which was helpful.

Wonderful location in Mission Beach!

Property was just as pictured, clean, and the perfect size for my family get away. Bedrooms and living area were large and there was plenty of space for all. We had everything we needed and didnā€™t need to contact the host at all. Having a parking spot was a big plus. Great host that accommodated an earlier checkin and provided all of the information needed. This was our first experience with VRBO and it went extremely well!

Perfect spot to stay in Pacific Beach!

Perfect spot to stay in Pacific Beach! This apartment is even nicer than in the pictures. The closet was stocked with things like beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. Karen was very responsive and helpful with many recommendations. The snacks and Lavazza coffee were a nice surprise!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time. Everything was in walking distance, food, sunset, beach. My whole family enjoyed it. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Perfect!

Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and coffee shops very close. Place is clean and roomy. We had an amazing trip! I've generally stayed in OB, but this place has converted me to a PB fan!

Excellent Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Pacific Beach! The location of the apartment is within walking distance to beach, food and shopping. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed as we spent most of our time outdoors. The check in process is easy and parking is located on the premise. The only con we found was that there is no ac and it could get a little warm at night for our liking (we like to sleep cold and crank our ac to 68-70 deg during the night at home). Fans are provided for comfort which was a plus and opening the windows did help. Overall, I will definitely book/stay again. šŸ˜Š

Fabulous stay in Pacific Beach.

Great location, very clean & was furnished with everything thing you could think of to enjoy your stay. The manager was just a ā€œtextā€ away & was readily available to get you what you needed. I would definitely stay there again!! Neighborhood was very quiet.

Casa perfetta nel cuore di PB!

L'appartamento ĆØ molto bello, dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e al centro di pacific beach. ƈ piĆ¹ grande di come sembra dalle fotografie e con tutti i conforts. Nella zona pranzo c'ĆØ anche un tavolo con quattro sedie. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita, decisamente al di sopra degli standard americani. ƈ perfetta per quattro persone. La comunicazione con la proprietaria ĆØ stata semplice e lei ha sempre risposto ai messaggi immediatamente e ci ha anche consentito un check in anticipato. Chiarissime le indicazioni per il check in ed il check out. C'ĆØ anche un posto auto riservato. La consiglio vivamente!

All about the beach

We enjoyed our week here, spent a lot of time at the beach and now my son loves boogie boarding. We had no problems or issues with the rental, only minor issue wad my wife prefers a less firm mattress. Having beach supplies on site with mat, coolers and chairs is major plus. Highlight for me during the stay was snorkeling with leopard sharks at La Jolla shores. Will recommend this stay to others.

Amazing apartment in great location

Overall, everything was beyond our expectations. The apartment itself is a upper corner unit over an empty (parking) space, so you have as much privacy as it possible to get in an apartment. Inside the apartment everything is organized thoughtfully and meticulously. We've got everything we need (even Netflix on TV). The apartment (and bedrooms) is spacious. All is new, and the layout of the rooms is very convenient. It's less than 10 min to walk to the Pacific beach and the pier where it's so convenient to watch sunsets with Starbucks, Ralph's, and Sprouts stores nearby. Good proximity to Sear World, Balboa park and Zoo, the airport, and Old Town (check the local busses - they go directly to Sea world and Old Town, running every 10-15 min). We had a really great time.

First time in Pacific beach

Great apartment - spacious, clean, within 4 blocks of the beach, many options for dining & shopping within walking distance. Karen was very easy to communicate with. Neighbors can get a bit noisy at times but overall wonderful place we enjoyed staying at. A huge plus is having a reserved parking spot. Would not hesitate staying there again in the future.

Quiet and close to the beach!

We so enjoyed our stay at Karen's place in San Diego; it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The beach was two streets away, and the city was a challenge to navigate without GPS, but we loved the exploration.

Apartment was spotless & furnished well. Walking distance to beach, shopping (CVS, Ralphā€™s), coffee shops & restaurants. I would recommend this property for anyone who wants to be close to the beach at a very reasonable price.

Excellent accommodations

Place was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Lots of room. Did hear people outside on the weekend but itā€™s Pacific Beach and they moved on. Having the parking spot made life easy. Parking is a hot commodity in PB. Could use more information on the tv and what channels you get and if you need your own info for Netflix etc. We would stay there again

This is the perfect location for a Pacific Beach getaway! Itā€™s a couple blocks from the beach, close to multiple restaurants and bars. She even had a couple reusable grocery bags we could use at the Sprouts and Ralphā€™s that are nearby. Comfortable beds and Hulu with all the options if you want to relax at home. Highly recommend!
