The ocean is one house away and the Marina Park & Bay are across the street. Depending on the time of year, you can hear the waves crashing on the sand at night. This 2-story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a peel-a-boo view of the ocean and views of the bay. This house offers a living room with a TV/DVD, WiFi plus a dining area for 4 guests, a remodeled well equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, a small 1-car garage for beach gear storage and 1 SUV size parking space. Bedroom 1 has a king bed - Bedroom 2 offers 1 queen & 1 twin bed - Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed & 1 full size bed. All 3 bedrooms have TV's and are located upstairs. The private patio has a gas barbecue along with seating for 8. Newport has something for all ages whether you come to relax or take in all the activities it has to offer.
Our Newport Beach location offers it all!!: Family friendly beaches with miles of sand & sea for swimming, sunning, surfing, volleyball, sand castle building and people watching. The boardwalk is fun for biking, rollerblading or walking. Discover crabs, shells and other sea life at the nearby jetties. In the evening, enjoy a crackling fire in the designated fire rings on the beach by the Balboa Pier while roasting your favorite treats and sharing stories. A kids playground, handball and basketball courts are close by on the beach and at the Marina Park across the street from our family beach home.
Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, fine dining, night life, bike-kayak-boat rentals, harbor cruises, chartered fishing boats, Catalina Island tour boats, the ferry to Balboa Island and the Balboa Fun Zone (one of California's oldest coastal amusement parks) are all within walking distance. Park your car when you arrive and walk to it all during your stay!
