Per Chincoteague fire code in any and all the Sunset Bay Villas units, 8 is the maximum number of guests allowed. We cap our guest number per reservation requested and made by guests (up to 4), additional charges for guests number over 4. There are security cameras at the condo complex located in the common areas, to include; condo parking lot, gym, pool and walkway/breezeway areas.
There is a door bell camera located at the outside entrance, on the door of this condo. We have 4 dual wall outlets throughout the condo which include a C and A USB port for charging devices.
1- located in the master bedroom on the right side of the king bed.
2- located in the second bedroom on the left side of the queen bed.
3- located in the kitchen/counter bar area.
4- located to the right of the couch in the living room.
