Unit 103 has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, beautiful decor, and amazing water views!

Beautiful first floor condo in Sunset Bay is located in a private corner of the community. This condo is professionally decorated and has a relaxing, spa-like feel. It has an open layout in the main living area with a granite island with counter stools in the kitchen. You can see the bay from the living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as the Master Bedroom. There is a partial water view from the room with the trundle bed. This room also has a unique Assateague mural done by local artist Jan Eichfeld.

Come & stay in this unit that feels like an upscale hotel with all the comforts of home. There are two LCD TVs - one in the living room with a DVD/VCR Combo and one in the Master Bedroom with a built-in DVD player. The kitchen has granite countertops & brand new appliances including a stainless steel refrigerator. There is a wall mounted gel fuel fireplace and a great private deck with a spectacular bay view. There are sliding doors to the deck from the living room and the Master Bedroom. A few steps down from the deck is the marina, which has breathtaking sunset views!

You could not ask for a better host than Annie. Quick communications and at the ready to help you with anything you need not only with her condo, but also anything on the island. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained with no issues that I could ever warn anyone about. The view is second to none and we absolutely can't wait for next year. We have been coming to the island for over 30 years and Annie will always be our new host!

Great Place to Stay!

My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The place is quite spacious. It was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was pretty well stocked with anything we could have needed. The sunset from the back porch was nothing short of phenomenal! We watched a few coast guard training drills in the channel while relaxing on the back deck. We will definitely recommend this condo as a premier place to stay on the island.

Relaxing vacation

We wanted to say how much we enjoyed this rental property. The owner was extremely helpful and described the property very accurately. It was one of our most relaxing and peaceful vacations. When we were looking for a place, we saw the picture of the porch- overlooking the water and we could picture ourselves sitting there watching the beautiful sunsets and to be honest!!! It did NOT disappoint! The area was very family oriented and what we liked the most - it is NOT a commercial-type resort. We loved the small town stores and atmosphere. We would definitely return.

Great stay!!

Modern, clean, spacious property. Very comfortable and nice neighbors. The porch was very relaxing and there are even crab traps for fun out on the dock. Walking distance to many restaurants (we enjoyed Ropewalk the best). Everything was in order when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Note: The third bedroom is fine for kids, but the extra beds would be a bit uncomfortable for adults.

Great Place for our Anniversary Trip

Annie was a great host and was so friendly, contacting us before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were okay during hurricane Ian. Even though we stayed during the hurricane, it was a fun stay. It rained the entire time, the weather was pretty bad, but we went crabbing off of the dock in the back several days and caught about seven crabs! We enjoyed grilling on the grilling station near the condo and we watched a bunch of movies. Annie recommended Bill's Prime Steak and Seafood, which we visited for our anniversary dinner, and it was a really good restaurant. You should get reservations if you go, and they close early (around 8pm), plus they are not open every day during off-season. The condo is beautiful and I really enjoyed the large soaking tub in the master bedroom. It has everything we needed for a really fun stay. FYI, even though there is a fireplace pictured in the living room photos, it is not meant to be used by guests. Neighbors and staff around the condo were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice stay!

Beautiful large condo right on the waters edge, walking distance to restaurants and shops - perfect location all together ! Our hostess was easily accessible and provided tons of in for outbstay. We would love to return ;)

Another Day In Paradise indeed! This was a family in need of a place to unwind and get away. I recommend Another Day in Paradise highly! The location was amazing, the place was so beautiful and immaculate and we immediately felt relaxed upon checking in. Annie, the property manager, is awesome and is incredibly responsive and also gave us wonderful suggestions prior to our stay. We saw the most beautiful sunsets and plan on coming back soon!! Thank you for a so needed place to relax and enjoy Chincoteague.

Sunset Bay all the way!

Chincoteague Island was a perfect destination for our getaway centered on spending time outdoors. The property location was ideal...an easy bike ride to the wildlife refuge, beach and water activities...a walk to bars, restaurants and shops...and the best spot to be to watch the sun set! It was a pleasure to make plans with Annie, the property owner, who was thorough and informative in a way that ensured a great vacation!

Chincoteague visit

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It’s located within walking distance of the town center. Annie answered every question quickly and had great recommendations for dinner and activities. The condo was clean and spacious. Just an FYI, the 3rd bedroom is small, but fine for 2 kids. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The owner is extremely responsive and wants to ensure you know everything ahead of time. She checked the weather before we left so we knew what to expect with the currents. I recommend this property.

Perfect for families

The condo layout was spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. The bay view was spectacular. My kids ages 15,15, and 11, enjoyed crabbing right outside our door! The location was within walking/biking distance to everything we wanted to see or do. I would highly recommend staying at "Another Day in Paradise".

This property was better than we could have hoped for. It was so spacious, and nice. The 3 bedrooms were large and everyone in my family had room to spread out. The waterfront deck was to die for. I already miss drinking my morning coffee out there! I definitely recommend staying here over a hotel!

Beautiful views, large comfortable condo- Our host and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our every detail, and responsive to the dozens of emails I sent to her :-) This premium unit is easy walking distance to the charming town, and just a couple miles from the beach entrance. The condo had every convenience possible- Beach chairs, boards, charcoal and grills. Had a wonderful hot dog roast over the open campfire on the beach - just magical :-) Having a patio and king suite entrance to a waterfront patio to watch the bay in the evening was wonderful.

Very helpful owner and there was dolphins swimming in the bay the first morning there.

The kids loved catching crabs right out the back Door of the condo. They caught a couple small fish as well. Clean comfortable condo. Great set up. Bring paper products if you are traveling far it's good to not have to head right back out for paper towels. I would have also brought sheets If I did it over so I could pack them up and not do laundry the morning we left. The place to drop the recyclables is not open Tuesday plan ahead if you are leaving on A Tuesday.

I am active in the vacation rental profession managing a large owner’s group and serving on the Board of AVROA (Association of Vacation Rental Operators & Affiliates).

We have vacationed in Chincoteague since 2002 and fell in love with this island. It’s just a friendly, beautiful, relaxing place to vacation. It's perfect for families who want to get away from their busy schedules. The Assateague Seashore beaches are beautiful. The Chincoteague Ponies and other wildlife are amazing. The Historic Main Street shopping area is very close to Sunset Bay which also has the best sunset views. Coming for the annual Pony Swim is something everyone should do at least once. We came to the 2009 Pony Swim and ended up buying this condo, so we could keep coming back. We bought Unit 213 (VRBO #555954) in 2012 since we love Chincoteague and Sunset Bay.
