Welcome to this spacious villa, perfect for families and groups. Enjoy a private pool and a billiard room overlooking beautiful panoramic views. Here, comfort and entertainment come together!

Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace with views over the gardens and mountains. The private pool is perfect for refreshing swims, while you can relax on the sun loungers. There’s also a barbecue area, making it ideal for outdoor meals. The garden is enclosed, providing privacy and tranquility.

The villa features two spacious sitting rooms, ideal for relaxing and socializing. The rooms are well-furnished with comfortable seating and have views of the pool area. The open layout makes it easy to move between the different areas, and there’s also an office should you need to work during your stay.

Easily reach the villa by car from Alicante airport in about 1 hour. The nearest train station is in Dénia, just 20 minutes by car, making your travels in the region easy. The beaches of Jávea are also only 15 minutes away by car, promising swimming and relaxation.

Beautiful villa in wonderful location

The headline says most everything that needs saying. The villa is large, well maintained and picture perfect. It is made clear that you are renting someone else's lived in home and you are asked to respect that fact. The villa is well stocked and you re invited to use whatever is on the shelves in the kitchen area. The bedrooms are a good size and although we would have preferred more single beds that turned out not to be a problem because the teenagers found their own solutions. Outside is a well maintained garden bordering a superb pool area. This was well used and much liked by all 10 of us. The host, Gerd, could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Wunderschöne Villa

Seit 30 Jahren verbringe ich immer wieder Ferien in Javea, ich habe in dieser Zeit noch nie so ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus bewohnt. Die Lage, die Räume, der Garten, ich kann nur die Bestnote für alles geben

Beautiful

Beautiful villa very well apportioned in a lovely quiet area. Gerd the owner was extremely helpful prior and during our stay. The villa is exactly as listed, we were a group of 10 and we all managed to find space either by the pool or on the lovely naya. The kitchen has everything we needed including a juicer and coffee machine There are restaurants with in 15 minutes walking but do be aware that the hills are steep and maybe difficult for some. A car is necessary and the old town of Xabia had some lovely local bars restaurants and bakeries and it was much quieter than Arenal Beach. There is a multi storey car park in the centre for 3 euros per day! We would definitely book this villa again - Thank you to Gerd and Hieke

Excellent

Beautiful well appointed villa, exactly as described. The owner and his team couldn't have been more helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. The villa is huge and as we were a party of 10 of mixed ages this was our primary reason for booking so we were delighted with the space and the facilities. The villa is set in a beautiful location very quiet but with easy access to the town of Javea - we especially enjoyed old town with its quieter restaurants and bars We would definitely book again!

we were only 5 so the property was big for us but we enjoyed that feeling of space.

The large 1st floor balcony was where we did most of our eating and relaxing in the shade. The pool was a really good size

Maison trés agréable et confortable à vivre.

Nous avons passé 15 jours trés agréables dans cette superbe maison trés bien emménagée pour la vie au soleil. Salon d'été ouvert, à l'ombre pour y manger et se reposer et/ou prendre l'apéro dans de superbes canapés et fauteuils de terrasse. Piscine chaude trés agréable. Bref rien à redire . Trés bien située à la sortie de Javea , les plages pas loin en voiture. Seul bémol , avec le terrain en pente , pas de terrain de boules :).
