This upper-level condo in Gulf Shores offers excellent views of the ocean from the balcony - everything you need for your next beach vacation! You will have access to an indoor pool, sauna, six outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, and one indoor hot tub on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds. The interior features an open living and dining area with stainless steel appliances and a TV.

This condo is a short walk from the sandy beach, where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and building sand castles,! There is also a shared tennis court, basketball court, fitness room, and barbecue area on site. There are a number of restaurants and shops within easy driving distance.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Vacation

Very easy check in process. Easy access to the beach and pool. Loved having a restaurant on the property. Only thing for us was that some things could have been cleaned a little better. The bed comforters were not clean. And the couch could have used a deep clean.

Condo was small and sweet!

Loved the location and view of beach from balcony and master bedroom. Very clean except I recommend replacing sofa and chair in living room. Stained and slight mildew smell in the sofa. Small but enough space for 4 adult women. Comfy beds. Do be aware of the sound of elevator dinging from the bedroom with twin beds. A sound machine helped with that. Also the portable fan in the twin bedroom makes a rattling sound and would’ve been nice to combat the elevator dinging. I would stay again IF sofa and chair are replaced.

Great home away from home

The place was very clean and comfortable! The master bed was extremely comfortable! Best sleep I have had in a long time. As other reviews have said the other bedroom is right up against the elevators so you hear the Ding every time. Our kids slept in that room and had no issues. Definitely our home away from home! We will be back! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Clean Cozy but Loud Condo

Condo was clean and had good views, however the pillows and noise from hallway and elevator made early morning a little earlier than we would have liked. You can hear everything from people in the elevator to the kids screaming down the hallway as if they are right in your living room. We enjoyed the outside amenities and the beautiful beach.

Comfy but a bit noisy

This unit had everything we needed for our family of three. The furniture was comfy, nice view, kitchen was reasonably equipped. One thing to note: The 2nd bedroom (twin beds) is next to the elevator shaft so you hear the elevator ding A LOT. Fortunately this decreased dramatically during the week, but the building didn’t seem terribly full when we were there. I imagine it would be really distracting if the building was full and people were coming and going all the time, especially if kiddos are napping during the day and for bedtime. We played white noise at night and that helped.

VERY CLEAN! Could have used more TP, Trash Bags. Had difficulty with combination lock several times. Had to call person in charge of locks twice. He called and checked on us twice. He was very willing to assist!

Very nice but high fees

This condo had obviously been renovated and was in very good condition. A couple of issues.. the primary bedroom is next to the hallway so you can hear all the movement to and from the elevators and there was a stain on the couch that smelled like poop. My only major complaint was that the fees outweigh the actual cost of the room. The cost for 3 nights was about $300 but we had to pay an additional $300 for all kinds of fees. Cleaning is always a given but there were $170 fees above that. We were crunched for time in finding something else and needed to be close to friends in another building. Not sure I'd stay again for that reason.

This was a good space for my family this year, bit not great. I love the view from th3 balcony and the amount of space would have been great for 4 people but having someone sleep on the sofa couch was a little crowded when you consider they have all their belongings out there too. The couches were dirty, definitely need to be cleaned or replaced, but the other decor was lovely. The pillows provided by the cleaning service were not so great and they really only provided enough for each person to have one pillow. When we arrived there were no dish towels, two bulbs were out, we were missing sheets and the sofa bed and there were unfortunately dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. They did right everything the next day, but you expect those things to be ready when you arrive. Aside from the cleaning & supply issues, it is still a great condo to host 4 people, I'd say, with great views of the Gulf.

Great getaway

We stayed for a softball tournament. It was the perfect place. We had some busy days and the relaxing location was perfect! We will be booking again!

Good stay

Nice place with a great view. Had some difficulty getting in as we arrived late and the code did not work. Took a bit but finally got inside. The place is nicely done and appears recently renovated. Doors to the hall are pretty thin and noise from hallway can be heard. Elevators were not functioning fully, so that caused some delays. However, we would stay in this unit again.

Great stay!

The condo was amazing! Very clean, great location, kitchen was well stocked and the beach decor was fantastic. The beach was quiet and not crowded even on Easter weekend. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful View!

My husband and I booked this condo last minute for a Memorial Day getaway with our kiddos. The condo is very nicely decorated and it was very clean! The pool area is nice and we loved the boardwalk to the beach! My only complaint is that we were 20 minutes away from restaurants. It’s definitely off the beaten path.
