Located in a quiet Gulf-side community, this condo is just a short walk from mouthwatering dining spots. Make the short drive to the Fort Morgan State Historic Site Museum or hike the trails at the Pine Beach Trailhead just over four miles east.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a great stay at this property. The security on location were so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe, well looked after and accommodated on our girls trip, thanks to Chase. The grounds are well.maintained and clean. This unit is close to the elevator and on the 2nd floor over looking the tennis court area. The walk to the beach is about 5 mins straight from the exit by the elevator. The layout of the condo is very nice and it was clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

The check in was easy. However when we showed up, the master bed was not made and there wasn't a fitted sheet to make it with. They also left us 2 bath towels when we booked the condo for 3 people. I contacted Vacasa at 3:45pm and they kept saying the sheet and towel will arrive shortly. By 7:30pm I messaged again asking for an update on time and they said they couldn’t give us one. We never received the sheet or towel that night. The problem is that we only had 2 twin beds to sleep in. So my son and I slept in one twin and my husband slept in the other. The mattresses were horrible, they sunk in the middle so we got barely any sleep. The next morning I called Vacasa at 7am and they said they put out a message and they would be on their way. At 11am we received a queen size fitted sheet yet the bed is a king. Fortunately they had to come back for the towel so we were able to get the correct sheet then. Vacasa gets 1 star from me due to their lack of communication, inability to complete their job and customer service. The complex of GSP was kept very clean, family friendly and I’d come back. I just wouldn’t stay in this unit with the condition of the mattresses and having to work with Vacasa.

Overall the property was nice. Our unit was a little small and when we went to check in, the room was not cleaned and ready until after 5:30 (check in time is 4pm) The hot water in the unit lacked a little and it took forever for the water to heat up and it did not last long. The kitchen could be stocked a little better. We went to bake a pizza one of the nights we were there and there is no pizza pan to bake on. The room was conventionally located on the 2nd floor and close to the elevator and door to get outside to the pool.

The initial check was one of the easiest I have ever had. However, there was an unexpected 35 charge for parking that was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. The condo itself was lacking in a few aspects ex. Limited kitchen supplies and bathroom essentials. There was an issue with the living room tv that took quite a bit of back and forth with vacasa, but was finally resolved by them replacing the tv. There was plenty of towels and good amount of seating. Overall we had fun and the kids enjoyed themselves which is what we came for. Would gladly stay here again.

Great location

We’ve stayed at this location many times and have always loved the area. There was no blanket or comforter provided for the pull out which was inconvenient.

Game of telephone

The property was a bit dated. That was expected from the photos. When we went to set up the pull out bed it was covered with food from people sitting on the couch and it not being cleaned. We cleaned it as best we could. The company sent me a message about how was the cleaning. I responded with the state that the pullout sofa bed was left in and that we cleaned it. They then messaged me saying they would send somebody to clean it. I told them no and to make sure they clean it for the next person. We went out the next day to an aquarium. When we got home later that day I saw that someone had gone in our room. I was furious. I told them I didn’t want anyone in my room especially without my consent. They then told me that someone called me. I had one missed call from California. I told them that and also said even if they did call I didn’t get it so there is no way I gave them permission to go in my rental. Also the laundry room and game room were under construction. The quiet time was from 10pm-7am. They were doing construction in the unit above our bedroom and would start drilling at 7:50am 2 of the 4 days we were there. They didn’t work over the weekend. It was all and all a pretty terrible experience. I’m on vacation and don’t want to wake up before 8 am. I do have pictures and videos of everything in case they try and say that what I’m saying is not true.

Loud and dirty

The room was sticky and sandy when we arrived. There are no basic amenities like proper cookware or a hair dryer. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom is directly next to the hall, with a door that opens to the hall of the building, so it is very very noisy.

Needs some improvement but okay for the price

The screen was ripped and we tried to contact someone, which took over 30 minutes and then couldn’t understand the person even though the number said they were local. The representative confirmed they were not local. The kitchen does not have enough cooking pans and the ones they have are not in good condition. Very limited cooking utensils. The view from the unit was beautiful and we loved the balcony. The unit was decorated nicely.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

The property this home is located on is awesome. There are multiple pools, an easy path to the ocean, and a restaurant and bar on property. We really enjoyed all the amenities.

Great location

Very Clean, beautiful view of the beach and pool area. Very convenient walk to the beach and they even have a restaurant for food and drinks if you didn’t want to leave. Over all we had a really great stay and we will be back!

Perfect getaway

The unit is near front of building which makes getting to the room with your things very easy. Great view. You don’t hear noise since it’s second story. We love love love the privacy at Ft. Morgan!!!!

Never again use Vacasa. 😩😩😩😩😩

Have already responded to this email. Our rental was not as what we were told. Nothing but problems but no help from Vacasa. They couldn’t have cared less what we went through. I could never refer anyone to Vacasa. We read your reviews which were poor. Should have paid attention to them.

Cute room

Very cute for a short stay. On the beach, very quiet, secure and felt safe. The only problem was we saw 2 roaches in the room and finding our room was very confusing.
