Beach-going families will delight in the Gulf-front location and amenities of this Gulf Shores condo, a comfortable, casual retreat with a private balcony, lovely views of the beach and the water below, and onsite facilities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, and tennis courts!

This air-conditioned condo is located on the seventh floor of Plantation Palms, a beachfront complex within Gulf Shores Plantation on the Fort Morgan Peninsula. You'll find indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a sauna, and a boardwalk to the sugar sand beach right downstairs, and the manicured golf course at Kiva Dunes just a short drive away.

Things to know:
Seasonal beach service is offered
Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna.
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

May Vacation

Or stay in this condo was amazing. You absolutely cannot beat the view on the 7th floor and how quiet it is. The condo was very clean and well appointed. There was excellent patio furniture. We have stayed at the plantation multiple times and have never been disappointed in our room, the amenities, and the staff. Highly recommended. And I look forward to many more bookings in this beautiful condo.

Great Place for Adults

The property was great! Plenty of amenities. The only negative things I can comment on was there was a dirty bandaid in the shower when we arrived and the TVs were TINY and we could only get 1 channel to work. Which to us wasnā€™t a big deal but if we had our kids that would have been tough. Overall great place to stay though and we would stay again.

The furniture was horrible the couches sank to the floor when set on them .The beds was even worse . Will never stay there again.

Great outside deck, very nice complex, on-site restaurant. Condo is as pictured, nicely furnished. Master shower drain needs some work, we had to use the other one, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Only drawback is that it's a bit of a drive to town.

Stay at Plantation Palms 6704

This was our 3rd stay at Gulf Shores Plantation, 2nd in the Palms building. The HOA has made (or been making) improvements every time. The unit was nice, it has a large balcony and nice furniture on the balcony plus being on the top floor, had a great view of the beach. It looks like the kitchen was recently remodeled, with marble counters and new cabinets. The rest of the furniture is a little dated, but everything was very clean.

Terrible!

I love Vacasa but this room was absolutely terrible. If 0 was a rating option, thatā€™s what it would get. The smell was horrendous + horrendous. The vents in the bathrooms havenā€™t been cleaned. The bedspreads on both beds are extremely old. The floors were not cleaned. The table is entirely too large for the area. There was a bolt missing on the side rail of the balcony making it unsafe. This room needs a lot of attention.

not what we expected

Location, view of beach & pool area were great. Condo was dirty upon arrival & hadn't had a good cleaning in a while. Living room furniture was very out dated, stained and very little padding left in cushions, night stands had stuff spilled on/moisture stains towards the bottom, broken door handles. Kitchen & appliances had been updated, nice kitchen table & outdoor furniture but the up keep of the condo & property itself was lacking quite a bit. We made it work but the pictures make it look nicer than it is. We booked through VRBO but it was transferred to VACASA (never had that happen before) - customer services & getting in contact with anyone regarding condo not being cleaned was terrible.

Beach stay

The carpet and comforter bedding needSto be replaced. Both felt very worn. They did not feel clean. The grounds needed more care. Cigarette butts were everywhere. I would stay there again if these improvements were made.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Our only minor comments are that the light fixture in the master shower is falling off, the master bathroom ventilator didnā€™t work and there is something in the carpet of the master bedroom that kept stabbing our feet (the sharp objects were in a couple of places: entry way and at the foot of the bed, right side if you are facing the wall). The stay was otherwise great, and condo is beautiful!

The view was spectacular. I didn't have to wait to be checked in. Everyone practice safe distancing. I was right on the beach and we had several pools which was great. I will definitely do this again.

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

We had a great stay at Plantation Palms. The condo was perfect for our 2 families. We had a total of 6 people. The pools were wonderful, and the walk to the beach was so short. My only complaint/suggestion was that there is nowhere to hang wet towels. Not one hook on the back of any doors.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately they were doing construction next door but no one can plan around that. Beds are pretty firm, which I like. In unit washer/dryer was great. Loved that there was plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our group of 5. On the 7th floor so no footsteps above your head. I will say the TVā€™s are so small that they are pretty useless. The code for the door that we were given did not work. We stood outside for 45 minutes with our groceries defrosting before we finally got off of hold and got the correct code. Texted the number given on the recording while on hold. Never got a response from that. Also sent an email and got a response 3 days later. Vacasa needs to step up their customer service game.

Terrible room , employees rare and not helpful, management the worst! Go somewhere else!

Our view! Room was super disappointing. One of our pool room keys did not work at all. Moldy shower curtains, moldy carpet, dirty dishes, cabinet door broken off kitchen cabinet, stained furniture, tiny like 10 inch tvs? In bedrooms. Living room one not much bigger. Screen doors were unusable as they were broken off the hinges. Management didn't care offered us nothing. Do not recommend to others. Disappointing stay for our first trip to gulf shores!

Beautiful beach view. Great pool selection. Would only return again if it were to a different room. Worst week of sleep Iā€™ve ever had. Very poor quality mattress. And definitely not able to sleep 6. Pull out coach was unable to even be slept on.
