The master bedroom features a queen bed, private balcony access and a master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bath. If you are accommodating more than four guests, linens are available for the sleeper sofa in the living room.
You’ll also enjoy a full kitchen with all the amenities you need to cook for a crowd. In the living area, you’ll find a second exit to the balcony that overlooks the Gulf and is the perfect spot to watch a coastal sunset.

We have reserved two beach chairs & umbrella for use during your stay in our condo.

On the property, there are eight pools (including one indoor and one kiddie pool), several outdoor and indoor hot tubs, a steam room, saunas, an exercise room, a putting green and tennis courts. Grills are located throughout the property. Beach access is just steps from the condo elevator.
The Sassy Bass, a full-service restaurant, recently opened in the beachside lobby of our building.

Washers & Dryers are available on the ground floor. They're coin operated or credit card.

Kiva Dunes golf course is next door. They also have an onsite restaurant that is within walking distance from the condo.
