One bedroom / one bath condo is located in North Scottsdale. This complex has a resort-style pool area and meticulously maintained grounds. There is a covered picnic table area with granite counters and gas grills. This unit has a private balcony with a palm tree view. It is located in a quiet area of the complex.

This second-floor unit has been tastefully decorated. The master has a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and television. There is a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the living room. It features a 50 inch Smart TV, DVD player,, and full-size washer and dryer. This unit is equipped with wireless internet. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. All of the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, and utensils have been recently purchased.

Scottsdale is a golfer's paradise. Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club, Pavilion Lakes Golf Club, McCormick Ranch Golf Club, Talking Stick Golf Club, Camelback Golf Club, Phoenician Resort Golf Course, Mountain Shadows Executive Golf Course, Starfire At Scottsdale Country Club, Kierland Golf Club, TPC of Scottsdale and Grayhawk Golf Club are all open to the public.

The condo is located near the intersection of Tatum and Shea which has awesome grocery stores such as Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and a Signature Fry's. This shopping area also offers convenient stores such as Walgreens, Staples, Penzey's Spices, a bakery, Bed Bath and Beyond, Mail Boxes Etc. Great winter getaway condo!

Such a perfect place for a month long getaway! The one bedroom condo was was well supplied and I loved the layout of it! Also a centrally located area for us and very quiet. It is on the 2nd floor so if steps are a problem for you it might not work. Spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool and hot tub area as well as getting some workouts in at the fitness room. Adele is the best! Always attentive and available. Definitely planning to go back.

Wonderful location, lovely complex

Great experience from the beginning. Owner always willing and available to answer questions, very fast responses. Nicely appointed condo, quiet location. Smelled clean when I first walked in. Great fluffy and soft bath towels! Great assortment of beach towels, too. The owner loves the pool here, and I totally agree! Surrounded by trees, and lovely landscaping, with a fountain spilling water into the pool providing relaxing sounds. Everyone is in a great mood in Phoenix/Scottsdale with the sunshine, even this cooler than normal March, there was abundant sunshine, cool mornings, but warming up to the high sixties in the afternoons. Just what an Illinoisan needs in the winter. Lots of friendly snowbirds here, with some who own places in the Bella Terra complex. Planning to stay again next year! Love it!

The owner, Adele, is outstanding. Very responsive. The condo is nice, well equipped, everything you need. Quiet location in the complex. Near everything you need in that neighborhood.

Comfortable and quiet!

My husband and I had a very comfortable and quiet stay at Paradise Valley Village. The owner of the unit, Adele, had shown excellent hospitality and kindness by checking in with us, (via email), making sure that we had everything that we needed. We will be sure to stay here again!!

First time in Arizona

This was are first trip to Arizona and we were so lucky to find a condo in Scottsdale that was in a great location to get around. Condo wax well equipped with everything we needed plus more then we expected. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Nice to have a parking space under cover also. Adele was great to work with when we needed something. Thanks for a nice clean place to stay for 6 weeksšŸ‘

Very nice; good location; quiet.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and had a very enjoyable time. The location is very quiet. We tried the hot tub, which was nice and the pool was heated but the weather wasn't very warm while we were there so we didn't try the pool. There isn't any shopping or eating within walking distance but there is everything within a short drive. Everything in the condo is adequate and the size is very nice for 2 people. We arrived in the dark and the building wasn't easy to find. The covered parking spot assigned to the condo is farther away than expected but there was very adequate parking available in the guest area which was closer.
