This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is beautifully appointed for anyone coming into the Scottsdale/Cave Creek area. Backyard faces undeveloped land for lots of privacy. Tons of hiking, golf, and restaurants nearby! The backyard oasis is perfect for entertaining or relaxation with the large HEATED pool, fire pit, and built-in BBQ with seating area. Plenty of outdoor furniture! Three difference seating areas to dine outdoors. Inside you will find a luxurious kitchen, comfy furniture, cable, internet, a bar, granite counter tops and plenty of room for the whole family. The Owner of the property makes sure your stay is the best possible experience in all of Arizona!

**THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We have very nice neighbors, and we want to respect their living at all times. Being obnoxiously loud will not be tolerated.** PUTTING GREEN RULES: Be careful/respectful with it. Flat shoes only (no golf shoes, high-heels, etc.). Do not leave balls or clubs anywhere on a green surface. Do not blow leaves off. Pick the up by hand if any fall onto the surface (blowing them off will remove the sand that is embedded into the surface). Take flags out carefully when removing balls from the holes.

Outdoor Oasis

This is a beautiful, spacious house with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoor space. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the pool area (with putting breaks mixed in). We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Phoenix area!!

Amazing home!

Beautiful place to spend the Christmas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My girls and I spent the first two days hanging out on the patio relaxing. The home is centrally located to anything you would want to do (hiking, shopping, sight seeing or taking in some team roping at the arenas nearby). Thank you!!

Lovely Property and Very Comfortable

The property met our expectations and was very comfortable. We were attending events at the Boulders Resort, so convenient to that and other great places like Cave Creek. The beds were all super comfortable in the three rooms we occupied. Was a little too cool and rainy to fully enjoy the backyard, but it is as advertised. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Home and Location!

We rented this amazing home for the month of February 2020. It was everything we had hoped for . . . and more! From the time of booking until we left, Travis was very responsive to any questions and showed a commitment to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, was in a lovely neighbourhood, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do - hiking, golfing, shopping and within 30 minutes of the Phoenix airport. We appreciated that everything was in excellent working order. The backyard was spacious, private, and we enjoyed relaxing in and by the pool. We will definitely rent again!

Needs DEEP clean

If you are looking for a "CLEAN" house, this house is not for you. We had to change the furnace filter as dust was literally hanging from the ceiling in main hallway (I am not sure it had been changed in years, I have pictures), the vacuum cleaner and filter hadn't been cleaned out in a long time...owner sent new vaccum filter after sending him pictures of the disgusting one, light bulb in bathroom ceiling burnt out....we had to replace as its a very dark bathroom in the evening even with all lights on, stopper in bath tub is stripped and doesn't work, many bags of garbage left from previous guests (someone did come and pick it up after complaining about it), patio furniture is completely faded and missing buttons on cushions (pictures on VBRO are from when the house was on the market in 2018), food in refrigerator from past guests (with Covid, I found it disgusting to have food jars that been opened and left), the bath towels are also pictured from house listing in 2018 and smell utterly musty, crumbs in dish cupboards, most drawers that we opened appeared to be a hodgepodge of everyones leftovers, carpet stained in master bedroom, the tile throughout the house needs a deep steam clean (I cleaned a small area to see if it was dirty or the pattern), could barely see out of front windows because they are so dirty in the morning when sun is shining, pool liner appeared dirty (even though there is a pool guy who comes once a week), outdoor gas grill also needed a deep clean. Unfortunately, all of this was not what we expecting after reading the reviews. We did NOT stay for our entire reservation, it wasn't worth staying in such a disgusting home. When I told Travis that we vacated early due to the lack of cleanliness, he indicated that I should have called the cleaning staff back to fix the above items. He seems a little out of touch to even suggest. He needs a crew to come in and deep clean and do regular home maintenance. It would have been days work for the cleaners to do, we did the easy fixes. Travis responded quickly to messages. I guess the only positive.

Hi Cindy, thanks for the review. Unfortunately, most of your review is inaccurate. The filter for the furnace was not changed when the HVAC company did their tune-up, and we did not know about it. We do not change the filter in the vacuum as it is washable, and most guests just wash it. But since that was an issue for you, I ordered a brand new one to be delivered to you. If a light bulb burns out there's not much I can do except get a new one put in (which I offered to do when you let me know about it), but you declined my offer. However, even with that particular light out in the bath, it certainly is not "very dark" in there. That bathroom has many lights, and it is plenty bright even with one bulb out. I wasn't aware of the stopper in the tub as I stayed at that property in December, and my wife took multiple baths in that tub. The rest of your items here aren't accurate. We've had over 50 guests stay at that property (you can check the other major rental site to see a ton of reviews on the property), and you are the first person to ever complain about the cleanliness of the property. We keep that property exceptionally clean for our guests, and yes, our cleaners have a framed photo in the kitchen with all of their contact info on it should any guests find something that is not up to their standard. I apologize if you think I am out of touch, but I stay at that property 10+ times a year so I have a good grasp on the condition of the property...and it is a beautiful, clean property.

Nice place to stay for Thanksgiving

The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook. The host had provided nice snacks, coffee and as well laundry supplies, pool floats, and beach towels. The practice putting green was a nice addition to the back yard. Our family would return to this property in the future.
