Our home is one block to the Beach and Pier and just two blocks from all the Shopping, Dining and entertainment that Main street has to offer. Location and top quality will amaze you. This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home features travertine flooring throughout the entire ground floor and luxury vinyl flooring on the second floor. Both living rooms have high ceilings, two fireplaces, an LCD television. and high speed internet. The fully appointed gourmet kitchen with it's granite counter tops, stainless appliances, including a wolf range/oven has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up to a dining room with seating for 8.

French doors open to a huge front patio, outfitted with a Weber barbeque and a gas firepit.. You'll spend your evenings sitting around the firepit enjoying a glass of wine, a snack, smores or just plain people watching. There is also a table for dining, 2 lounges to soak in the California sun and an outdoor hot and cold shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and television. The master bath includes granite counter top and dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a large travertine walk-in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a trundle. This room is ideal for children or single adults. It is themed the ā€œsurf roomā€. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower, separates the 2 bedrooms. All beds are outfitted with European down comforters and duvets.

The real deal...: If your needs require baby items, we have available for your use a pack-and-play and high chair

There is an attached 2 car garage to accommodate your vehicle. The home contains everything youā€™ll want for a day at the beach, including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, beach towels and a sand wagon for transporting the items.

Main street and The newest development, ā€œThe Strandā€, is a 1 block walk, where you will find numerous boutiques, restaurants, pubs, and bars.
Our home is a short walk to the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton as well as Pacific City, with it's many shops and restaurants.. If you are here for a convention, why not bring the family and make it a vacation. Renting our home for a week usually costs less than a stay in a fine hotel.

Great house in downtown Huntington Beach

Nice house, 2 blocks from Main Street and 2 blocks from the beach. Good ā€œwalkableā€ location. Our family enjoyed the stay allowing many hours of unplugged, relaxation.

Location Location Location

Perfect location for walkability for us older folks. Main Street was our ā€˜go toā€™ almost everyday for eating, drinks and shopping. Very clean and lots of room. The beds were super comfy which we loved. The front patio was beautiful to sit out and enjoy the sunny days. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleanest Rental Ever

Walli was a wonderful owner to work with and she really went out if her way to make our week the best it could be. I rent a lot via Vrbo and Walli's house was the cleanest rental by far.

Perfect property, great host!

This home was perfect for a week long stay for my family of 5. It is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location couldnā€™t have been better. We could walk or ride bikes everywhere. Great restaurants and shopping were just a couple blocks away. The host provided everything we needed and was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way

Our best experience so far with a rental home. The house itself is beautiful with plenty of room, well decorated and equipped, and the perfect location just far enough from Main St to be quiet yet still close to everything. The beach necessities were included and got used daily. The kitchen was well stocked and the linens were clean and new. Everything we needed was there except for food. The owner/manager had excellent communication and met us at the home and had everything ready. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will be back again.

Amazing Property In Surf City

We had a wonderful time in Huntington Beach. The house is beautifully decorated, well furnished, well stocked and has a perfect location. Walli was an amazing host! She greeted us at the home, gave us a guest gift, and showed us everything. And when the TV didnā€™t work after the first day she had a replacement done same day. Walli also went above and beyond with information on things to do in the area and even called us to let us know of a couple of events she had forgotten to tell us about. We have family in the area and will make this our number one option for future visits.

Hidden Gem in Huntington Beach

Just came back from a great stay at this gem of a place. The house was spotless and huge. The layout is great, big enough so that the group of 4 that we had all had our own space. Walli made sure there was everything we needed and then some. There were beach chairs, bikes, a wagon and umbrella which came in handy when we went to the Pacific Air Show. Even though we didn't travel with children, the house was stocked with everything you could have possibly needed. Location was perfect, the beach is a 1 block walk and the Huntington Pier and the Main Street area with all the shops and restaurants are a 2 block walk. The front patio with grill and fire pit were great for dinner/drinks and people watching. Walli couldn't have been nicer and was available and responsive anytime we had a question. I highly recommend this location. I can't wait to go back

Very clean and spacious home. Location was amazing, quick bike ride or walk to all the fun stuff.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Huntington Beach and couldn't have been happier. The property was spacious, clean and perfectly located just a few steps from the beach. Shopping, dining...it's all just a block away. We had access to bikes, beach chairs and beach towels etc. Soooo convenient! This won't be the last time we've stayed here. Thank you, Walli šŸ™

Amazing House

Great house, location, amenities. You can see the beach from the front sidewalk -it's right there! Everything you need for the beach including a wagon to carry it all. 8 cruiser bikes to ride the bike path along the beach for miles. We will be back!

Spacious House

House was immaculate and garage was well stocked with beach gear and toys. Walli was very kind and hospitable, but at times it was too much; I prefer less contact with the owner. I felt pressure to check in on her schedule and she finally agreed to let us use the keyless entry. Also, I donā€™t want a call from the owner on my vacation when everything is working well and I have not reached out with complaints. I appreciate her kind gestures but next time I may opt to go through a property management company instead.

Great location and awesome patio

Short walk to the beach or to Main Street restaurants. Great patio and loved that they had bikes you could use, we rode along the beach everyday.

Fantastic location and great home!

One block to the beach and right in the middle of all that Huntington Beach has to offer. House was well equipped and everything as advertised. Definitely will come back! Front patio and fire pit was our favorite gathering spot.
