Welcome to Villa Sul Mare! This mint condition 3 bedroom /2.5 bath townhome is now available on Salt Meadow Drive for your premiere golf and beach vacation. Offering upscale interior design, attention to detail and great location close to the one and only Lost Key Beach Club. This highly desirable amenity offers exclusive beach access, a sparkling pool and neighborhood cocktail bar and grille privileges to owners and guests. A shuttle picks you up and brings you back, so no need to worry about the short drive or parking. This unit is perfect for a fun Stay N Play getaway, with free golf at the Arnold Palmer designed golf course. The entire resort wraps around an Audubon property with glimpses of wildlife and coastal birds around every corner. Relaxing on the porch overlooking the delightful pond is a real treat.
The well appointed living room, kitchen and half bath are located on the 2nd floor with 2 big bedrooms and 2 full baths located on the top floor. The home is fully equipped with kitchen items including a toaster oven, 2 crock pots, and a fondue pot. Household items conveniently include a pack and play. This clean, modern kitchen with stainless appliances is always available if you wish to prepare a gourmet dinner of fresh gulf seafood, but there are lots of great local restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking!
3 comfortable bedrooms with extra plush beds will make you want to prolong your stay. The beautifully decorated primary bedroom offers an Olympic Queen sized bed with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the 2nd guest bedroom has 3 twin sized beds. There is a full sized bathroom for the 2 guest bedrooms to share and a convenient half bath for the 2nd floor living area. Other adventures, available to guests of PKRM, are deep sea fishing, a dolphin and a sunset cruise, OWA amusement Park tickets and complimentary golf at Lost Key's Arnold Palmer designed golf course. All the attractions of Downtown Pensacola are only a short drive to the East and all the attractions of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores are a short drive to the West. Perdido Key is known for its laid back vibe, undeveloped park lands and miles of pristine white sand beaches with forever views of the sparkling gulf. This family friendly vacation destination has something for everyone and Villa Sul Mare is a place anyone will love!

This is our third time staying at this site, and as always: it was clean and well appointed. Great location. Comfortable beds and great arrangement for relaxing with the family after days out. Communication with the folks was easy and they were very responsive when we needed them, quickly sending maintenance after an incident to do a clean and repair same-day while we were out enjoying our trip.

Great location and beautiful home!

Loved staying here with my sister and cousin. The perfect house to get away for a weekend at the beach.

Liked it enough to come again

We stayed here over winter and found the site comfortable, clean, and just right for our visit. We liked it enough that when I saw it was available again for this trip, I didn't hesitate to book it a second time!

Family Vacation

My dad, brother and I booked a condo at Lost Key resort. The condo was perfect for us. The golf course was excellent and we enjoyed the pool area with the restaurant and bar. We would definitely reccomend me the condo and the resort.

Loved coming here for a family vacation! Amenities were nice and easy to utilize. Check-in and out were a breeze and the location was just perfect. It was quiet but also a quick trip to food or shopping. Definitely will be back!

Perfect spot & lovely!

The house was in an excellent location for our needs and was just right for our family. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house is lovely and very well appointed with all needs met. It was a very comfortable stay!

Great location, no frills but sufficient

This was probably the least stocked rental we have stayed in (very limited paper products, no salt and pepper, no starter coffee, no dish soap, etc) but i as prepared from reading other reviews. That being said, the house was great amd location cant be beat. We had a great trip and will definitely revisit this area. Thanks for hosting.

Family Time

The condo was absolutely lovely! Transit to pool and beach on the shuttle was easy.I like seeing the beach from my vacation property and in this community that is not possible. The beach side pool is so small.

Family Spring Break

Overall, this property checked the boxes. This is our 5th year staying at Lost Key Resort. We decided to try a different townhome this year after our contact sold their property. This townhome offered a great place for us to stay. Only complaints, the townhome had a stale cigarette smell that we couldn’t get figured out and we missed having bikes to ride around on. Typically we rent a place that offers that and we didn’t think we’d miss it. My parents and my kids both missed having them to ride around on. Overall, it was a great property. Quiet and clean. Great for families.

Last Minute Get Away

I have been under alot of stress at work and decided to book a quick getaway with my daughter's. It was the rest and relaxation we needed. I had a plus when my mother and sister drove in from New Orleans to spend a day with us at the beach. The house is gorgeous! The location was stellar to the beach and stores and entertainment. We have been coming down to Perdido Key since I was 6 years old. It was nice to give my girls the experience of beach life like I had growing up. I will definitely book this location again!

The condo was beautifully furnished, and the interior well-maintained. The appliances, however, could use a little help. The dryer did not heat well, the oven did not heat well, and the dishwasher did not dry the dishes. One of the upstairs beds was broken and braced, which made it very uncomfortable. The location was convenient, the pool was very nice and I would recommend it if I were sure that these issues had been addressed.

It sounds like you had a mixed experience with the condo. It's great that the furnishings and interior were up to par, but those appliance issues and the bed situation must have been frustrating. Beautiful home close too everything

The home was perfect for our families stay. My only gripe was in some fine print that I can’t find, it listed that it only was stocked with one days worth of toiletries. When paying this much to stay at a home, I’d hate to know what they would charge to be stocked with a sponge to clean your dishes, 3 additional kitchen trash bags and 3 more rolls of toilet paper. It was frustrating to have to go out to the grocery store and purchase things I believe a rental in this price point should cover. When I called the management company they apologized and said so homes do come with those items, but that our property did not. Beach club was nice to have access to and the private beach with chairs was great as well! Overall 9 out of 10!!!

Lost Key 14597 Salt Meadow Drive

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and very clean. We had a group of five adults staying in the condo with plenty of room for us to hang-out without tripping over each other. Great location. The only negative I have is the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom were uncomfortable for our guest who was single. The beds were squeaky and made lots of noise when she would move around in her bed. These beds may be great for kids but not for an adult. The overall stay was great but we left early due to the weather.

Lost Key in Perdido

The condo was beautiful and spacious! The kitchen and Master Bath was beautiful! Condo had so much room to move around. Beach Resort was wonderful and convenient! Always has chairs and an umbrella set up waiting for us! Pool and gym were so nice.

Nice rental but strong odor and moldy bathroom.

The resort and townhome was nice, but it had a strong odor. I think the previous renter much have smoked in the house. There was mold/mildew in the shower and on the faucets. I ended up bleaching down everything in the bathrooms.

Brand New townhouse in a new community close to the beach

We stayed many times in Orange Beach, AL Turquoise Tower condos and this time due to the pandemic we went for a house. There are all benefits of a new house which we always appreciate. The rooms are on a smaller size which is OK for 1-2 week stay. The ceilings are rather low and windows are small so there is a lack of spaciousness when comparing to a modern beach high-riser condo. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Forget the crowded beach with a small club and go for the nearby Johnson Beach National Seashore.
