Sand Dollar Key Condo at Perdido Sun Resort invites you to the beach! You might be missing out on some serious fun at Perdido Sun with its gulf-front location and lifestyle amenities like a beachfront pool, enclosed temperature controlled pool, fitness room, grills, and hot tub. Located in the heart of Perdido Key, this 10th floor gem is a perfect 1 bedroom / 1.5 Bath vacay getaway for a couple, a small family, or even a few friends looking for that really great place that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Perdido Sun is centrally located with shopping and restaurants right across the street. More shopping, dining experiences, and local attractions are available in Orange Beach and Downtown Pensacola, which are only short drives to the West or to the East.
Sand Dollar Key Condo has new furniture for an appealing and welcoming interior. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and an en-suite master bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is an updated sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a convenient half bath in the main area of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to make meals at home or a treat for special occasions. The family room has a smart TV for streaming and gaming, and high speed internet throughout for guest connectivity. Good view of the beach. Everything was clean. One of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work. The LR tv remote didn't always work, but perhaps that was user error! Both of these issues are minor and overall everything else was good!!

The property was easy to navigate. The condo was clean. Loved being able to relax on the balcony and watch the thunderstorm the last night of our stay.

Annual vacation

This property was immaculate! Well stocked with all the amenities you would need to enjoy your stay. Comfortable furnishings. It was just my husband and I, but this unit also had a fold-out couch that appeared to be full or queen-size. Bed sheets were also provided for this. We had a beautiful view of the Gulf Shoreline and enjoyed just sitting on the patio listening to the waves. The building is located on a main strip with shops and restaurants across the street. Only a short drive to many wonderful places including the famous Flora Bama line and bar. Looking forward booking again next year! Thank you, McLaughlin

Beautiful Ocean View

My husband and I enjoyed Sun Daze especially the view. I’d like to offer some feedback. It would have been nice to have had a hair dryer there. Might add small shampoo, conditioner etc. we stayed 4 days but only 1 roll of cheap toilet paper glad we didnt run out. For the price i think you can add more tp, paper towels, some kleenex, and trash bags. We only had 2 trash bags which was fine for 2 people but a family would need more and we didnt cook at all while there. Beach towels and a cooler would be a great addition. Overall for the age of the building, you have made it nice and clean. Love the new furniture. Great pool and location.

First time renting a VRBO

This was our first time renting a VRBO and was not sure what to expect. We really enjoyed the balcony with the high top table and chairs. It was overcast and rainy thru most of our visit and the balcony was a great place to hang out. There are a few things I would like to point out. The bed is realy comfortable if you like a firm mattress. However there is a squeak in the bed frame. We noticed in the pictures that there was a coffee macker but not a keurig coffee maker so we brought ours. Maybe a few more dish towels and dish clothes one set was not enough. All in all we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. One last thing and this is temporary. The condo building next door is doing some remodeling abd there is quite a bit of noise starting at around 8 am.

Great stay!

We had a great time! The actual building is in a very safe area and very clean and well kept. The unit itself was fabulous. It was clean and very comfortable. We loved the view and the furniture on the balcony. So much that we are looking where to buy some for our house. It was so awesome to sit there each morning and be in the shade and watching all the people roasting in the sun down at the beach. Of course if you love roasting at the beach, it's just steps there! We didn't use the pools but they were nice looking. We did use the fitness center and we enjoyed it. The bed in the unit was SO comfortable, and we loved it that we are looking to buy the same mattress at our house . We slept like babies, as it's quiet and they have a fan and room darkening curtains. It is newly furnished and very nice. Each room has a RV with streaming options. I also noticed a pull out sofa but we didn't use it. The dining room has a kitchen table and a bar area. The kitchen has bare minimum so don't except to do some major meals there. But we did get a craving for a later snack after an early dinner and went to the local Publix and got some frozen pizza and salad and there was a pizza sheet and pizza cutter so it was sufficient for us. Plenty of plates and bowls and silverware and basic cookware. It was fine for us but if you're going to cook a lot of meals then bring stuff. There is a toaster and percolating coffee maker. There is automatic ice in the freezer. There is no dish soap so
