Resort-Style Hilton Head Villa Steps to Sand & Sun!

Fully Equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes, and brand new butcher block knives. The bar has a 115-Can Beverage Cooler and a Keurig (Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker) for coffee/tea. We also have a full-size washer and dryer (which comes in handy!).

The Primary Bedroom has a new Queen mattress with an Adjustable BedFrame and a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV. The second bedroom has a King mattress and a 40 inch Samsung TV with a Roku. The Living Room has a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a Pack-n-Play in our storage closet if needed. *All Linens and towels are provided by our cleaning company. There is a ceiling fan in our living room and both bedrooms.

High-Speed Wi-Fi and Cable provided. Enjoy all your favorite streaming shows on Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, etc. from any of our TVā€™s (utilizing your own streaming accounts).

Our 28 foot Deck overlooks two tennis courts and contains an outdoor dining table, ceiling fan, and additional outdoor seating.
*We have a beach wagon, beach umbrella, pool noodles, beach chairs, bocce ball set, tennis racquets, pickleball racquets, and racquetball racquets available for your enjoyment!

Fiddler's Cove is a 23-acre resort with a Gated Entrance and 24 hour Security. The resort includes a clubhouse for all guests that includes WiFi, Ping-Pong tables, 2 Racquetball courts, cornhole, and a Fitness Center. Fiddler's Cove offers 7 Har-Tru clay Tennis Courts, 6 Har-Tru clay Pickleball Courts, 4 Playgrounds, charcoal grill areas throughout, bike racks, 2 large outdoor pools, and a hot tub.

*Both pools are open Marchā€“October, 7am-10pm. The larger Olympic sized pool and hot tub are located right next to our villa! The pool is HEATED during March, April & October and COOLED during June, July & August.

Great location! Quick walk to the beach and easy pool and tennis court access. Very cozy and comfortable! Managers were quick to respond to questions and even gave restaurant recommendations!

We enjoyed three weeks at the apartment. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen also worked well to cook our own meals. The living room would benefit from some more natural light and we ended up using the various lamps during the day to make up for this. The units are all a bit noisy, but we got used to that quickly.We really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony. It overlooks the tennis courts and gives a great view and privacy compared to some other units on the property. The location is great as it is only a short stroll to the beach. The beach is great for walking or sitting and enjoying the sun. We saw a few dolphins swim by. We did a lot of walking and really enjoyed the beautiful island. A trip to downtown Bluffton is also highly recommended.

i think we have stayed here at least 3 or 4 times and hope to be back again. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. A quick walk to the beach and new this year, to Lucky Beach restaurant for great food and drinks. No need for a DD. šŸ˜Š

April 2023 Spring Getaway

As advertised you literally only need to bring your beach towels. Clean, well equipped, well stocked, and comfortable. This rental felt like my own property. If I ever visit the area again I would not hesitate to rebook. Big pool is right next to tennis courts, easy walk to beach. Loved it !

Family Vacation

My girlfriend and her sister and her boyfriend all stayed 3 nights in the room. We cooked dinner most nights, there was a plethora of cookware and dishes for us to use in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was very convenient. We loved all of the beach items available to us to use as well, mainly the chairs and carrying cart. The closet also held tennis balls and racquets for us to play with on the court outside our window which we enjoyed. The only complaint we had was in the balcony bedroom, the duvet, the decorative blanket at the end, the ottoman chest, and part of the bedside table were covered in a very sticky substance. We just changed out the duvet with the spare and wiped down the surfaces. Overall it was a good stay and we would likey stay again.

Pleasant Stay at Fiddler's Cove

This second floor villa is wonderfully organized and fully equipped. There's a notebook with explanations of how each appliance works and we enjoyed all the amenities - surround sound for movies, full capacity washer and dryer, deep drawers in the bathroom vanities, an abundance of matching stoneware dishes, and so much more. We do a lot of cooking when we travel and appreciated the quality cookware, glass storage containers with lids (thank you!), even baking sheets for our buttermilk biscuits. Only the Keurig is available for coffee (bring your own pods); we used the kettle to heat water for our pour over system. The mugs are small, so bring your own if you enjoy a large cup of coffee. Space can be tight in the kitchen and en suite bathroom for multiple people, but the balcony space far surpasses the limited balcony we had at a different Fiddler's Cove unit. This balcony has comfortable furnishings and only gets direct sun mid morning. Early morning and the rest of the afternoon & evening we enjoyed looking out at the trees and tennis court. There's a partial view from the balcony of the larger swimming pool, but the unit is far enough away that the trees mask some of the pool noise and activity. Of course, the short walk out the side gate, down one side street, and along the path to Folly Field Beach makes staying at Fiddler's Cove a desirable, affordable location. Year after year, this beach has been our favorite. The balcony storage closet at the villa has everything - folding wagon, chairs and beach umbrella, sand toys, soft-sided cooler (Nice!), tennis racquets/balls, and pool noodles. And so beautifully organized! We also discovered racquetball racquets and eyewear. (To play is one reason we stay at Fiddler's Cove.) You can get these from the guard station, but the owner's equipment is better quality. The mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms are memory foam (if that's what you enjoy), although there are some additional non-foam pillows. The pull out mattress in the couch is thin and coiled, only sufficient for light-weight children. There is ample bedding and uncluttered closet space. The coded door entry makes coming and going easy. It's strictly set for your arrival & departure times, so don't plan on coming early or staying late. Communication with Kyle is easy and he will take care of any problems that may arise. The owners have put a lot of care into their rental for the rest of us to enjoy.

Great location

Everything was perfect and exactly as described. I wouldnā€™t recommend the unit for anyone with mobility issues-the stairs can be challenging if youā€™ve got a bad knee or hip. Otherwise, well located for beach activities.

Nicest condo in fiddlerā€™s cove!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 25 years. This is one of the nicest condos in Fiddlerā€™s Cove! Everything you need for a great vacation. The condo is super clean even the patio which was wonderful for morning coffee! The beach chairs, carts and umbrellas were amazing! Canā€™t wait for next year!

Very nice condo

Location is a 10 min (or less) walk to the beach and about 2 min from the pool. The property has several useful items included, all in good shape (umbrella, chairs, cart, 2 boogie boards, tennis rackets). There were not sand toys, so we picked some up at store and added to the stash. The porch is wonderful-not overly sunny but the overhead fan needs repair. Furniture inside in good shape-stressless chair has been replaced by comfortable recliner. Master bed is a queen adjustable bed, guest is a king. Our kids would have preferred twins in guest but got over it. Kitchen has necessary items but no extras like plastic wrap, ziploc bags, napkins, etc so bring what you need. The property was not clean upon arrival but owner was very responsive and cleaning crew returned the next morning and did a very thorough job. Overall the condo is very nice and owner cares to have satisfied renters. Have no hesitation about renting this condo!

Excellent location and comfortable lodging

This condo worked out perfectly for us. It was 3 blocks to the beach, which stretches for > 3 miles in both directions, and is pristine. The owner provides all the amenities required for an extended trip to the beach, including chairs, umbrellas, carts to haul stuff, and other things we probably did not use. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. We made use of both bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was very convenient. The large sized balcony was nice for eating as well as sitting with coffee, reading, etc. The pools is nearby and comfortable. Although the complex is large, the buildings are modestly sized and all units accessible from the outside, so getting in and out is convenient, and noise was minimal. Access to the tennis and pickleball courts is nice. We played pickleball with the provided rackets and balls that the owner provided. The owner was responsive - we had a plugged sink that we reported and they fixed it the next day. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

August vacation

We have been coming to Hilton Head for almost 20 years and most of those visits were done staying at Fiddlers Cove. I have to say that this unit was one of the best that we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need that you would not think of. They even had scissors and tape, extra light bulbs, sun screen and Brita water pitcher. The beds were super comfy with a power in the master and a king in the other bedroom. The kids at first were like, what no twin beds, but the big king won them over. The unit also had a wine fridge which was nice touch. We stayed for 2 weeks and the entire stay was comfortable. We will definetly book again
