Ocean One is a premier property located in Hilton Head's Famous South Forest Beach. It is gorgeous and will blow you away with comfort, style & the entire beach experience! It is a 4 bedroom Oceanfront Condo. 2 of the 4 bedrooms face the ocean - each with a King Size bed. Stroll out of the living room glass slider onto the ocean front patio facing the ocean. This complex offers a private walkway to the beach. After a long day on the beach you can return to the property and take a dip in the ocean front pool. The pool is heated during the months of March, April, October & November (weather permitting). Enjoy the ocean breezes and live music from the Tiki Hut next door. Ocean One has added a new BBQ area with 3 gas grills for guests to use and it is conveniently located about 25 yards from the patio of unit 101. The property also has 3 Fire Pits in between the pool and the sand dunes. Perfect for relaxing during the fall & winter. The interior has been updated with a new kitchen, 4 New Baths with 3 Walk - In Showers and 1 Tub/Shower Combo, flooring and furniture. Every bedroom has a TV. The Owner has provided free access to a closet located in the outside hallway near the entry door to store beach items.
Be prepared to make some memories in this spacious 4 BR masterpiece. Vacationers return year after year to this oceanfront complex and take advantage of the short proximity to Coligny Plaza which offers numerous shops, restaurants and also a grocery store - all within a 5 minute walk. Also within walking distance is the Lowcountry Celebration Park which offers a playground for kids along with a huge recreation area. The park also hosts numerous concerts & festivals sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head and the Recreation Department. King in BR1, King in BR2, Queen in BR3, 3 Twins in BR4.

Golfing Vacation

Stayed here with friends for a golfing vacation. Location perfect to stroll out on the beach or tiki bar for a drink and a close walk to multiple restaurants. Only downside was I thought there were more king beds listed in the amenities then there actually were but we still had enough sleeping area.

Hilton head stay

Overall, we had a great week long vacation in Hilton head at Ocean one! The location of the pool and the beach are very convenient. There are also many shops and restaurants walking distance. My only constructive feedback would be the unit needs a deep cleaning. Floors were dirty and we had to run all the utensils and dishes through the dishwasher before using.

Great location, short walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Great spaces for family to stretch out and relax and enjoy meals together.

Spacious and Lovely

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a fun family vacay. Everyone had their own space and the unit is nearby the beach. It was clean and nicely decorated. Great place for a group or family. Property management communication was great.

Pros: 1. Location. Can walk to Coligny, etc. Easy beach access, really wonderful. Nice parking lot. 2. The space. The layout of the condo is nice and the rooms are spacious. 3. Nice pool and green space. Cons: 1. It needs a deep clean. The floors were so gross that I actually had to swiffer sweep one bedroom. 2. The bathrooms of the two main suits could use updating. In one the sink was clogged and there is water damage in the other. Overall, would stay again because the location/beach access/pool is so great.

PROs - The location is unbeatable... easy walk to the beach, pool, the Tiki Hut, the Coligny Plaza, etc. Great room layout 4 BR -4 Bath was perfect for 4 couples. First floor was great for lawn games and pool/beach access. Had most everything you need. The shower water pressure was great. New flooring (although pretty cheap). The community grill worked well. CONs - Old and needs maintenance. Screws are loose, sliding door screen doesn't align, Toilets don't flush well or squirt water out of the bowl, coffee table is about to collapse. I'm making it sound worse that it was. OVERALL - I would rent it again. You can't beat the location.

Good location

For the most part, the stay was great. Some of the appliances are out dated and only had two pans to cook with. It was nice that each room had its own bathroom. Yard and pool were great.

Oceanfront walk out

This is a beautiful nice condo. We had 6 adults, 3 couples. We could have also had room for a few kids in the kids room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice for privacy. It was a chilly weekend, but the beach was beautiful and lots to do in the area!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was a great size for our family and a great location. The unit does need to be renovated and a lot of things replaced. The draperies had stains all over them. There also was no outdoor patio table so we had to go buy one to use at Home Depot .we have rented in Hilton head for the last 15 years in the same area. But definitely want something more updated It was great to have the extra bikes,chairs included a perk.I would only rent this unit if it was totally updated .

Review of amazing condo.

Loved location. Steps away from pool and beach. Responsive staff. The layout of the condo was amazing enough room for everyone at the end of the day, this really is an amazing unit. So close to Colugby! A few minor things. The pool was closed a few days that was disappointing. Need More pots and pans and food storage. Right burner on stove is slow. Other than that it was great! Would stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time but the condo we rented really needs some freshening up. The walls need new paint BAD, the furniture needs updating as it’s worn out and not comfortable at all. ( mainly the living room). The towels were very dingy and old looking as well, so I actually went and bought towels, bath cloths and a coffee maker to use while there because the ones provided was so old and worn out.

Condo was great. Everything was great except the refrigerator freezer was broken. The frozen food we bought melted. Repairman came but nothing was ever fix. So i would just confirm that the fridge was replaced. Repairman said there were no option but to replace it.

Great Location

Pool seemed heated which worked out great for our kiddos! The location is right next to Tiki Hut which is convenient and they have a live band and it was fun to hear. Beach was right there across boardwalk. We as a group thought condo was convenient to everything. The condo is very spacious and nice. However, the CLEANLINESS WAS NOT up to par. Fresh linens and bedsheets. BUT the quilts and blankets used to cover up with that were extras each had big yellow or brown stains. The couch had dirt and sand all over it when we sat down to use living room and it seemed like none of the floors were vacuumed or bathrooms cleaned but maybe bleach was sprayed in toilet to smell clean. I am not the pickiest person. I ended up finding a vacuum and took care of wiping down the bathrooms and cleaning the floors myself to feel more at ease. We recommended it to some friends of ours bc we loved everything but hoping for them it’ll be cleaner and maybe cleaning service just had a bad day.

Absolutely a wonderful location to walk anywhere in the area. We were here a week. Lots of space for 7 adults. It was quiet with only a few people playing in courtyard this time of year. It's a corner unit and fabulous for access to beach with three entries on the water side. The den needs an update with new couch and/ or swivel chairs to accommodate as many as it sleeps. It is a bit worn out. A little difficult to sit and enjoy football bowl games and movies for adults. If you like a pancake pillow you will be fine. They need new ones! They had cards, games and movies to enjoy! That was a bonus. The little shopping village is great with lots to do and taste. Do the segwa on the island! It was so fun. Also, if you golf and go to Indigo Run the golf course is amazingly beautiful and worth every penny!!!!! The pro is from MS! :)

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Ocean One can’t be beat. We also liked being so close to the live music next door at the Tiki Hut. The condo itself was laid out nicely and the rooms were spacious. However, we did have issues that were avoidable. Upon arriving, there were dirty towels in the washing machine and dirty socks in a bed. There was a leak in the plumbing and during our stay the carpet was soaked in a bedroom and the maintenance company had to come out to change part of the carpet and put huge fans in a bedroom. They were friendly and professional, but loud fans and construction sounds were not how we wanted to spend 2 days of the vacation. It was very disappointing that we were not compensated for the inconvenience or even spoken to afterwards about it. The complex itself needs to be fixed up. When in the pool, we couldn’t sit or lean on the edge of it because it was sticky. It almost seemed like they used the wrong type of paint. The stairs, elevators, and hallways were dirty. For the price of Ocean One we expected a lot more.

Wonderful Experience

We missed the full ocean view but had great, easy access to the pool and beach without hauling all our belongings down the elevator.

Peace at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent! Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and of course, the beach. The size of the condo for 9 people worked out perfectly. I was disappointed in the bedding as it had some holes and was a bit old. The unit was quite clean. The kitchen was not very well appointed - no cookie sheet, no decent size frying pan, only two teaspoons (the rest were tablespoons) and the coffee maker leaked. So that was disappointing. The management staff was very friendly and responsive.

Do not stay here

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived there were 2 bathroom sinks that were filthy (shaved hair in the sink and back up stuff in one sink and brown stuff with foam in the other sink. Bathrooms marginally cleaned. Kitchen marginally cleaned. Dishes DIRTY with food on them and we had to clean. Not a useable pan in the kitchen. We went to the office and showed them pictures of the sinks and the conditions of the pots and pans. They sent housekeeping again who only rinsed the sinks and did not clean! They gave us a new pan we could use thank goodness so we could at least could cook. Disgusting

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Ocean One #101 is great. The unit is in need of TLC. All bedding is at least 5 yrs old, the kitchen supplies are less than adequate. We had to buy a pan as the largest one available was 8 inches. The attention to a clean turnover is seriously diminished. The sheets in the queen bedroom had not been changed, with evidence they had been slept in; had to wash upon arrival. Would recommend with skepticism, as the noted items should be addressed.
