Devonshire 101

Welcome to the quiet side of Hilton Head Island. Our condo was recently renovated. We are a two-minute walk from the biking/walking trail around the island perimeter. We are a block away from the Westin Resort featuring their Heavenly Spa, coffee shop, and outdoor dining/firepits with an ocean view.

Planning a day at the beach? Load up the beach cart provided with our beach chairs and have your feet in the water at the Islander Beach in five minutes. Are racquet sports your interest - whether it is tennis or pickleball you are only a short drive to the courts at Port Royal Club. And if golf is your game, the courses of Port Royal Club are just down the street. Perhaps you are wanting a quiet day at home - grab your coffee and croissant and sit on the balcony overlooking the 9th fairway or dip in the pool next door to the unit.

When you drive up to Devonshire 101 you will see the front porch where you can sit and relax. The unit is on the first floor and access is easy. As you enter you will see the well-equipped kitchen which includes a Keurig and eating area for six in the dining area. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The living room is large with a wide screen tv and access to the balcony where you can watch the golfers as they tee off the 9th hole. The master bedroom has a king size bed, chest of drawers and large TV mounted on the wall as well as lots of closet space and its own bathroom while the second bedroom has two queen beds, TV, walk in closet and a bathroom across a short hall. The living room and both bedrooms have a sliding door access to the covered balconies (the master has its own private balcony).

Keyless front door entry allows you to drive directly to the condo upon your arrival.

Parking is available for only two vehicles.

The condo offers all the comforts of home in a wonderful vacation spot.
We are close to excellent restaurants and great shopping.

The Hilton Head Airport is 10 minutes from Devonshire. We are 45 minutes from a day trip to Savannah.

5 stars! The property was perfect! I am a local who just had surgery and needed a place to stay while my husband was out of town. The property manager went above and beyond to accommodate me with needing early check-in and late check-out. She even left me a sweet get well soon card. The condo was decorated beautifully with a coastal vibe. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft pillows. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and easy. The property manager even had a binder of important information to make your stay better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t do much since I just had surgery but I can’t wait to book again for a true girls weekend!

Clean and convenient

The beach condo was a great place to stay. It felt safe and was conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to the beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend it for a hassle-free beach trip.

Nice Property

Lovely condo for two couples. Bedrooms were on the opposite side which helped with privacy. Unit was clean and updated. Nice outdoor space and furniture overlooking a stream and golf course and right next to the pool. Parking was easy in front of unit or very close by. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great 2 bedroom condo. Comfortable and well stocked with nice furniture. Easy access around HH - particularly on the north end of the island. Overall good deal for the price

4 night girls trip

Very clean,we were delighted to see there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Beautifully decorated and plenty of instructions on how to work tvs, etc. We loved the outdoor porch and had coffee out there every morning while deciding what to do for the day. The owner was super efficient in letting me know all details about condo and check-in process. The Port Royal Village area is very clean, family oriented, and quiet. Love the bike paths that were super close as well.

Short walk to the beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and clean. It is next to the pool and within walking distance to the beach. Margie gave us detailed information before our stay which made check in a breeze. She was very accommodating, and communication was great. We definitely recommend booking here.

Great place!

We loved this property. It was clean, easily walkable to the beach, and in a nice quiet area. The property manager was excellent, very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this property whether you are visiting with young children or adults only!

3 generation girls trip

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect for what we were needing for our quick girls trip. We enjoyed having the cart for the beach chairs and toys that were provided for us. What a thoughtful extra touch so we didn't have to pack any of that stuff. The instructions to walk to the beach were super helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo!

Our First Stay in Hilton Head

The property overall was good and Margie was exceptional as the manager. The property had a couple of needs during our stay and she was very quick to respond. Thank you, Margie. The updates noted were nice but it would be very good to have the living room furniture updated next for comfort....beds were comfortable but living room sofa and chairs were pretty uncomfortable. Overall nice place and would consider future stays.

This is an excellent choice at HHI

We were attending a wedding reception at the Westin (walkable, except not in heels) so this location is perfect. Responsive communication with the owner made check-in and check-out a breeze. Very quiet area, quite near all the major spots, and is a short pleasant drive to Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina. The place is clean, spacious, and has everything you need in terms of the kitchen, laundry, etc. Lots of parking spots available either in front of the condo or nearby (presumably this can change depending on the time of the year). It is also walking distance from to the nearby beach (and cannot say enough about how thankful we were for the cart with chair and table) and its wheels that can handle sand. Swimming pool is right next door in case you've had too much salt and sea. The only suggestion I have for the owners is maybe a small stand in the master's shower for bath products? Otherwise, I cannot recommend this amazing property enough.

Lovely Condo

The condominium was very clean and exactly as it was described. We had plenty of room and all the amenities were met. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings while we watched the golfers. Having the pool so close was wonderful. The beach buggy and beach chairs were an added bonus. The only suggestion we have for the owners is to add a mirror in the bedrooms. There were 5 of us ladies and it would've helped to have a mirror when we were getting ready to go out. There is one in the living room, but it is hung unusually high. Overall, a great place that we would love to return to.
