The Cottage is a stand alone apartment directly on the rockyshore and rolling sea. You enter through a private courtyard. You are steps away to a rocky shore line and cove for great snorkeling at Cane Bay.
Enjoy a quite evening on your own patio overlooking the sea and star glazing. Directly on the rocky shore you have two covered lanai patios for your use! One directly in front of the cottage and the other one on the rocky shore!

The waves will lull you to sleep and the sunsets are the most beautiful! Never the same .
4 Restaurants and Bars are within walking distance .

Air conditioner is provided . We ask that you turn it off when not in use as our home is powered by solar . Parking for apartment is on the street .For your security we have motion lights that come on as you enter the area. We also have a ring camera that is directed at the pedestrian gate.

Gorgeous views - great stay!

Beautiful property! We stayed in the one bedroom cottage which was next to the owners’ home. We loved our stay - the house had absolutely everything we needed - plenty of towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, great WiFi. Loved having coffee in the morning and evening drinks while looking at the view and listening to the waves crash. The 2 patios (upper and lower - right on the rocky beach) were great and also perfect for star gazing at night

Beautiful place, super clean, very well stocked, Debra and Jay were so considerate and accommodating and clearly cared deeply about their place, their guests, and their Island. Sharp knives, a blender, helpful hosts - everything you need and more. Can't wait to go back.thanks Suzan and Jean-Marc

Beautiful and relaxing

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Beautiful location, the cottage was perfect and the hosts thought of everything! St. Croix is truly a magical island and we are so happy we ended our 10 day US Virgin Island tour here!

This is a beautiful property and our hosts were exceptional. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Wish there were a few more restaurants to choose closer to us but AMA and The Landing were very nice.

Fantastic view of the water

We just returned from our stay at Casa Blanca. If you want a view of the ocean directly on the water, listen to the ocean waves crashing against the rocks, and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life, then this is your place. The cottage is just the right size for 2 people. The small kitchen has everything you need to cook and grill out on the patio. Everything you could need is provided and the home owners are fantastic people. Always there to help. There are plenty of places to eat a few blocks away. We really liked the Landing. You can walk to the beach easily, but we drove because we would head out on our next adventure from the beach. If you love to snorkel with turtles, rays, and 100s of tropical fish, go to “the pier”. It is amazing, you will feel like you are snorkeling in the aquarium in Atlanta. Truly the best experience on the island!

Casa Blanca

We stayed in a one bedroom cottage on the water at cane bay St Croix. The view of the water was incredible. The kitchen was well equipped and up to date. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The hosts Jay and Debra Fogg were so nice and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They gave us information about where to eat, activities available, directions around the island. They reminded us to make reservations before we arrived. I would gladly stay there again.

Beautiful setting/ Great location

If you like good food, laid back vibes, and diving this is a perfect spot. Accommodations are close (walkable) to all of that without the crowds of other locations. The hosts were also accommodating, super helpful, and welcoming.

Perfect Spot

This is a wonderful, relaxing part of the island. Jay and Deb keep up a perfect piece of property over the water. They are the finest hosts you’ll meet in any context. The guest house is super comfortable, full of all the necessities, and has great views from the patios. Best VRBO I’ve ever experienced.

The Cottage at Casa Blanca

The Cottage is beautiful! Debra and Jay were great and informative hosts. It was well equipped, and every detail well thought out. Morning coffee on the private patio overlooking the water was amazing. The location is perfect - walking distance to one of the best beaches on STX and gourmet and casual dining. We highly recommend The Cottage at Casa Blanca!

Beautiful property! Great location!

Everything was excellent! We went to St. Croix primarily to dive ‘The Wall’. Casa Blanca could not have been better as far as location, comfort, and all around great home base! The hosts are phenomenal! They were very hospitable, knowledgeable of the island and gave us great info on sites to see, places to eat, and the best dive shop to use (Sweet Bottoms)! We highly recommend Casa Blanca!

Wonderful cottage on the ocean

Deb and Jay have a wonderful cottage on the ocean. Peaceful yet close to several restaurants. Hosts were great to work with and even helped us when our flight got canceled! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful!

My husband and I made our first visit to St Croix in March. Debra and Jay helped to make our visit the best it could be! They were perfect hosts and were helpful and attentive from the time we booked until the time we left. The property is impeccable. The view from both patios offer breathtaking views. We made breakfast every morning in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio while taking in the ocean breeze. In the evening, we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is very clean and very well equipped. We were just a very short walk away from what became our two favorite restaurants, Ama and The Landing. We were equally as close to Cane Bay beach where you can snorkel or spend the day relaxing on the beach. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, this cottage is perfect!

Heaven on earth

This is a perfect property for one or two people to get away from the chaos of life and just unwind. You are surrounded by pure beauty and tranquility. The only thing that could have possibly made it better was if you could actually get into the water from the property. There is a beach just down the street though along with several restaurants. Everything about this property just makes a person happy!

Fantastic Vacation

We stayed 10 days at the cottage on the sea in St Croix and had a wonderful time. Debra and Jay were fantastic hosts. They were very helpful with getting us settled into the cottage and giving us information on things to do on the island. The cottage was clean, well maintained, and perfect for the two of us. We had our coffee and breakfast each morning on the terrace watching the ocean waves and enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. The snorkeling at Cane Bay which is about 2 blocks away was fantastic. It was some of the best beach snorkeling we have done. The water was crystal clear and you felt like you were inside an aquarium. The Landing, AMA, and Off the Wall restaurants that are close by were all very good. We ate many meals at these restaurants and were not disappointed. We rented a car and should have rented a jeep. The roads in St Croix are not the best and if you plan to drive the island and check out all of the beautiful beaches you would want to rent a 4 wheel drive jeep. St Croix is now one of our top Caribbean destinations and the cottage on the sea is definitely the place to stay. We look forward to returning soon.

Vacation in Paradise

If you are looking for tranquility, quite, and unbelievable ocean views, look no further! Deb and Jay were wonderful hosts, always quick to answer any questions we had, made wonderful suggestions on things to do and places to eat, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay….and the VIEW!!! This little cottage has everything you would need. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and enjoyed coffee each morning on the ocean front lanai. Many local restaurants are within walking distance, and it’s a perfect location to visit either side of the island easily. A wonderful vacation in paradise!

A Tropical Paradise Beyond Expectations!

Our stay at Debra & Jays property was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views. The property itself was immaculate, boasting a perfect blend of modern amenities and island charm. The nearby beach, just a short stroll away, offered unparalleled beauty and tranquility. The property's location in the Cane Bay area was perfect for exploring all that St. Croix has to offer. We were able to jet ski, visit historical landmarks, and savor local cuisine at the many restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, we cannot emphasize enough how amazing Debra & Jay. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Coastal Cottage Paradise!

Exceeded our expectations! After driving to Christiansted and Frederiksted during our stay, we were so thankful to be staying at this location. Just a few steps away from a great restaurant AMA, make reservations. A very short walk to the beach and our new favorite local watering hole, The Landing. Best view in the world from the bar. The beach is not crowded and offers good snorkeling. Best of all is the property itself, with the multiple levels to enjoy the ocean view sunsets. Property owner was very responsive and provides great suggestions while visiting.

We loved it!

The cottage at Casa Blanca was perfect for my husband and me. The setting is private and the views are gorgeous. Debra and Jay made everything so easy. They take meticulous care of this property. All communication was easy. The cottage itself was outfitted with absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is so well supplied that we were able to cook full breakfasts there and often had drinks and snacks in the evening. It would be very easy to use the kitchen for every meal, if that’s what you want. The buildings on the property have been carefully restored with the highest quality materials. We noticed the gorgeous tropical wood doors and windows. We also appreciated how the hardscaping included both beautiful old coral rocks as well as newer materials. Mature palms, sea grape trees and large hibiscus bushes create a frame for the private view of the water looking towards St. Thomas. We loved being able to walk to multiple bars, restaurants and the sandy beach at Cane Bay. My husband needed to work remotely while staying at Casa Blanca and the internet access was sufficient for video calls , etc… We look forward to staying at Casa Blanca again.

Wow perfect spot

Debra and Jay are unbelievable. Honestly my girlfriend and I joked we wanted to be them when we retired. They are attentive but not overwhelming. The house was immaculate, well kept and you can tell the little things matter. The location was perfect - lots of great local spots to eat, drink and dive. Easy access to both East and West sides which we both enjoyed. Definitely need a car - Jeep probably preferred especially if you are going to do any exploring up-country. Lovely all around. We will be back - and eventual try and convince them to sell us the place :) Thanks Debra and Jay for a much needed seamless experience. We appreciate it more than you know. Cheers- Cody and Esther
