**Palm Springs City ID# 4078 ** This stylish contemporary fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom lower unit features a large enclosed private patio. One of the largest in the entire complex! Approximately 1300 Sq.Ft. of living space this unit offers a split floor plan. Master suite on one side and two bedrooms on the other side for maximum privacy. All bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds, Flat screen TV’s, dresser and closet space. Master bedroom and one guest bedroom have direct access to private enclosed patio and seating table are provided for your enjoyment. Internet and cable with HBO and Showtime included!! Community Laundry just a few steps from the unit. Our unit backs onto Sunrise Way which is a busy street. From our reviews this has not been an issue for most but please take that into consideration when booking. In 2022 we upgraded all windows facing Sunrise way to help minimize traffic noise and be more energy efficient.

For your cooking and dining delight, the newly renovated kitchen boasts all necessary appliances including microwave, blender, range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all the amenities needed to prepare your favorite meals. Kitchen renovation was completed in July 2023 with all new stainless steel appliances, counter tops and cabinets.

This Palm Springs condo rental at Ranch Club Estados is a perfect seasonal retreat for travelers looking for a private, relaxing getaway to Palm Springs. This lush gated community offers BBQ area, two large heated pools with large sun deck and many lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. One small pool for toddlers, two spas, a clubhouse with Gym and dry sauna, two tennis courts, bocce and shuffleboard courts!
**Please note we have a ring camera at our front door and security camera in our back yard that is pointed at our back gate. Tampering or disabling these cameras is prohibited and a violation of our house rules**

Month stay Palm Springs

Has absolutely everything you need. Beds were comfortable in the condo, lots of cooking utensils, plenty of space inside and out. The pools, hot tubs and pickleball courts were great.

Sunrise haven

We had a delightful stay at this well appointed condo. It had absolutely everything you could need. There is a real sense of community the pools are delightful. Everything is close by. We hope to be back next year!!

Lovely Place

We had an excellent stay at Fernandez property, he gave us a warm welcome on arrival, despite us being delayed and arriving much later than arranged. We enjoyed the home from home feel of the property and the private garden. Facilities were excellent and we made lots of friends at the pool. We hope to return next year, but for longer.

Business Trip

The condo is in a great location. Has a great little back patio with grass that my dogs enjoyed. It was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is on a vey busy street so if you are not us to traffic noise it may bother you a little. Ferando the owner is great to work with and is there for anything you need.

Clean and Comfortable in Palm Springs

Fernando’s place is very clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. Check in was easy and Fernando was very responsive. It is in a great location, close to the main Palm Spring shopping and entertainment district. The grounds and facilities are great, we played pickleball and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The only caution I would give is that it is close to the airport so you will hear planes taking off. It didn’t bother us but if you are sensitive to noise, its something to consider.

Loved it

The property is very nicely decorated and very very comfortable. The facilities include two pools, several hot tubs, tennis courts, a gym, laundry room. You . The location is excellent, just a 5-minute ride from downtown Palm springs, and within 15 or 20 minutes of beautiful hikes. Maybe most important is Fernando the owner. He was incredibly responsive to every little request and really dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. I know there is a new tradition to give four or five stars no matter what. But this five-star rating is one I really meancan see the mountains from the pool

Excellent sunny spring break

Superb communal areas; gardens surrounding the pool areas were beautiful and meticulously maintained, pools and hot tubs were very warm and clean, tennis courts and shuffle board etc all great. The apartment was very spacious and well supplied with everything you could need inside and in the outside area and check in and out were very easy. The host, Fernando, was very responsive and helpful. The only down side was the that the condo backs onto a very busy road but this will likely bother some more than others. Thank you Fernando for a great spring break.

Great Holiday

Would not hesitate to stay here again. The condo was bigger than I expected. The private outdoor fully enclosed yard was perfect for our little dogs. We sat out there every morning and night. Location was amazing. Close to Starbucks and two grocery stores. We walked into down town a few times - its a bit far but still walkable. Walked through the movie colony almost daily. The grounds of the condo are clean and the people are super friendly. Pool was heated and even when it was busy there was always space to sit or lay. Tennis courts were not used much so we had access to them whenever we wanted. Super close to the airport for picking up our visitors. I loved how the bedrooms are on separate sides of the condo so we always felt that we had our own private place even when we had visitors. The kitchen was well stocked and even had sharp knives! We stayed for a month and had our 4 adult children and partners cycle through for visits. Our baby grand daughter visited for 10 days and there were high chairs and play pen for sleeping and even some toys. Thank you Fernando for a great stay. I would highly recommend your place.

Fun in the Desert

Our host Fernando was wonderful, he ensured all our questions were answered promptly. We had a great time visiting with family…The property is in a really great location with grocery stores and fast food on corner. The salt water pools are exceptional, my husband enjoyed them immensely. Although the condo is located on a busy road its really quiet around the pool. We hope to stay there next year.

Great place for families!

We stayed at Fernando's property for 2 weeks this February and loved every minute of it. The condo was very spacious and had a terrific backyard terrace that we used every morning for breakfast. Our 1.5-year-old daughter enjoyed playing outside and wandering around the condo complex. Everyone there was friendly and the amenities were just what we needed. I played tennis every day and used the pool and hot tubs as much as possible. We were even able to pick grapefruits from the trees and make fresh squeezed juice in the mornings.The condo has two wings so we were able to get some privacy from the grandparents who stayed in the second wing. I will definitely rent this space again when I come back to Palm Springs.

Palm Springs Winter 2019

Over all the experience was very good. The pool area is excellent and extremely well maintained. The condo itself was very good. It faces a busy road so there is traffic noise. It also faces east so there is only sun in the morning. This results in the condo being dark. The patio is very good but in shade from mid morning. It does not receive afternoon sun until late February.

Kristine and I have made sure to have everything we would expect from a vacation rental and welcome any suggestions as to how we can make your stay better.

Great Central Location! Just across the street from grocery shopping and retail outlets. Condo is approximately 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs famed Palm Canyon strip.
I will be your contact person from beginning to end, and always available to answer any questions or concerns prior to your arrival and during your stay. This is our personal vacation home so you will find a level of service and attention to detail you won't find in places run by management companies.

Master Bedroom is on the opposite side of two guest bedrooms. It allows maximum privacy for you and your guests You will also be a short distance away from all the attractions the area has to offer.
