Relax on one of the six lounge chairs while you enjoy your favorite book. Spend your evenings socializing with outdoor dinning seating for six then sit back and relax by the fire pit with seating for four. Finish off your perfect day in the warm spa with your favorite glass on wine.

'Quiet Time' in this city is effective 24 hours a day. No sound amplification is permitted outside 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 60-inch Samsung Smart television in comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan.The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a LG side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

The Family Room is where all the fun will take place. Watch or participate in numerous games such as a round of Billiards, Shuffleboard or Table Soccer. Plenty of room to hang out with seating for eight to enjoy the 53-Inch TCL with Roku Smart Television under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. Extra sleeping room with a Queen-sized sofa sleeper.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to Bedroom 3 and features a King-sized Bed, a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 50-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the front courtyard. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.

The detached Casita Suite 2 is located to the left of the courtyard gate and features a King-sized Bed, 35-inch television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, reach-in closet and a seating area with room for two. Casita Suite 2 features a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and coffee maker. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower, and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 is located between Bedroom 4 and Master Suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 30-inch Samsung Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks. Bedroom 4 is located next to bedroom 3 and features a Twin Over Full with Twin Trundle Bunk Bed, 32-inch HiSense with Roku Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and built-in shelf with clothes hanger rod. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity sinks.

The hallway powder room is located inside the Laundry room and features a pedestal sink.
