Our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach was outfitted with great care to be a home away from home, for us as well as our treasured guests. We selected Sunrise Beach unit 1506 because it is very spacious, offers incredible views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico and has the best pools on the beach! This two-bedroom, two-bath beach home has sleeping accommodations for 6. It boasts a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a Gulf-front master with a king bed, and a second room with a twin-over-full size bunk bed. The oversized balcony is furnished with comfortable deep seating to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and a dining table for morning coffee while the dolphins and stingrays play. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made sure that this condo is decorated and equipped to create the feel of home at the beach, for maximum comfort as a peaceful respite and cozy atmosphere for making family memories. We hope you love being here as much as we do!

Starting 8/18 until mid October 2025, the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, elevator modernization (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026, and during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage, which will have some noise and some partial closing of the garage area.
Balconies will be closed in the 06 stacks from 9/19-10/17 (mostly being done 10/6-10/17) during weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm. Guests will not have access to the balcony during these hours.
The East pool will be closed 10/13-10/31 West pool will be open for guests to use during this time.

Sunrise Beach unit 1506 offers a quieter location on the west end of the beach, away from the crowds, yet is still close to all the attractions Panama City Beach offers. The property is very clean and well kept, offers a great gym with cardio and weight lifting equipment, and is close to Pier Park. Plus, Moe’s BBQ is right across the street and favorite beachfront restaurants Sharkey’s, Hang Five and Runaway Island Grill are practically next door!
