This 19th floor Boardwalk Beach Resort condo is located at
9450 South Thomas Drive PCB FL 32408. Directly on Panama City Beach.

This is a very large and spacious 2 bedroom that can comfortably sleep 8.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a brand new mattress and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has ceiling to the floor windows with ocean view. The 2nd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds. The living room has balcony ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch with a flat screen tv. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything you would like to cook.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a childrens play area.

There is a Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Boardwalk is a great location and the property is very nice. This was our 7th time staying at this property but our first time in this room. Our room needed some TLC. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Several small things that needed repaired in our room and the carpet was extremely dirty or maybe just needed replaced. Overall we had a great vacation just found our room a little disappointing.

Condo was clean and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed plus more. Needs a little updating, the carpet had a few spots and needs to be replaced with tile, but it wasn't bad. Beds were comfortable and the view is amazing. Security seemed a little overwhelming, but we had no problems. Nice condo and great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was good but nothing special. Carpet needs to be replaced. Itā€™s old and outdated. The kitchen should have been cleaned better. There was old coffee spilled in the silverware drawer that looked like it had never been clean. The deadbolt on the door was broke and we couldnā€™t lock the door at night. Property was clean, security guards were a little much but we felt safe. Thought that the beach entrance from the pool was ridiculous seeing how it was metal flooring and people were setting their feet on fire trying to get on and off the beach. Outside bathrooms didnā€™t open till 10 each day. Which is late The place is just ā€œokā€

The condo unit 1902 was ok. It looked liked everything in the kitchen and bathrooms was wiped down instead of truly being clean. The floors looked like they were only swept and not cleaned. The kitchen pots/pans, dinnerware, and everything else looked like it was rinsed and just put away - we washed everything before we used it.We had an unfortunate incident of a man walking into our condo claiming he was pest control. We were not notified in advance that they would be that day. Emerald Coast Destinations said it was posted in the elevator so I went and looked and it was a type written letter from the Boardwalk Condominiums to the owners and rental companies letting them know they needed to notify renters. This did not happen.I will never rent from them again!! The man walking into the condo while my wife was getting ready is totally unacceptable. It ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

Not impressed. None of the furnitures was comfortable. Carpet in bedrooms and living area was matted and had stains. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were original to unit and showed signs of wear.

The condo was perfect. It is right on the beach, the views are amazing. You get to the pool, the beach, and several entertaining places are within walking distance. The condo, common areas, pool, bar, etc were clean and maintained well.

The staff was amazing, loved the condo! The tiki bar w really good food!

Needs Updates

We stayed 70 days. Carpet was filthy maintenance was needed in many places, shower, cabinets the recliner did not recline etc. The property manager had carpet cleaned immediately. Boardwalk is a wonderful place to stay and with proper updates this unit would be too.

We enjoyed our stay however, there were some areas that have not been cleaned when we first arrived. The TV table was very dusty and the center coffee table was full of sand. Also, the toilet in the secondary bathroom had a lot of black spots, it wasnā€™t cleaned. Otherwise, the apartment is beautiful. Location and close by to the beach was great. The master bedroom was amazing.

Relaxing PCB Resort

Overall, we give the condo and resort a 4.5-star rating. Although the condo was missing some TLC, minor elements such as range & fridge lights, scratches and some stains, would have been easy fixes to bring it back to its original glory. Some kid pool amenities were under repair and unavailable during our stay. We were there for 2 weeks and were supplied minimal starter items such as garbage bags, toilet paper, kitchen towels. Property has secure parking, and security frequently patrols the common areas. Management was responsive to any email queries. Resort has multiple elevators reducing wait times significantly for a building this size. Condo was fully equipped and had amazing ocean view!

Good time overall. The condo is located in a nice area, very close to restaurants and shops. The check in process was as instructed and without delays. Parking was easy and free. The building has 5 elevators and carts conveniently located on the first floor to take the luggage up to the room. The lobby and hallways are kept clean. The pool was over crowded most of the time, but the tiki bar was nice and we ate there a couple times. The condoā€™s description was accurate. It had a good view of the beach from the balcony in the living room and the main bedroom window. We even saw Dolphins from the balcony! The kitchen was clean and was well equipped with supplies and appliances. The master bathroom was clean except some mold around the shower door, and the first bedroom had stained over the base boards in the closets and behind the door. The condo could use a little maintenance and furniture touch up, but itā€™s in good condition overall.

Great condo. Totals higher than VRBO indicated.

Initially booking is a problem. I have used VRBO multie times. This is the first time booking the room actually cost more than I was informed. Great condo, great living area furniture. Pool closed multiple days, unknown reason. Multiple elevators down one day. It seemed like one elevator was always down.

Best condo, very clean, comfortable beds

Best condo we have ever stayed in. We loved how clean it was, how comfortable the beds were, we loved the pool and hot tubs and how easy it was to get to different shops around the area. Will definitely stay here again in the future
