Kingston Kottage, Bend's popular Westside neighborhood

Kingston Kottage is conveniently located in the heart of Bend's popular west side. Just a 5-10 minute walk from some of Bend's best restaurants and breweries and a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to downtown Bend. Super private, clean, comfortable, and quiet!

The Kottage is available for a minimum rental period of 30-days with leased options for extended periods-- perfect for an extended visit to Bend for traveling nurses, executives or any professionals on a temporary assignment in Bend.

Kingston Kottage is a fully furnished, cozy 320 sq ft new construction, boho chic studio-style apartment with kitchenette. It is situated off an alley entrance behind our house, located in Bend's popular River West neighborhood. This dwelling is fully licensed and permitted. All utilities are included in the monthly rate.

It has a queen-sized bed, cable TV, comfortable furnishings and a beautiful full bathroom (includes shower), and a heating unit, (Mini-split), which also provides AC for those hot summer days.
The kitchenette has a sink, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, countertop-style induction cooker, electric hot water kettle and coffee maker. We have plates, bowls, cups, glasses and silverware.

We are located 1/2 block off the road to Mt. Bachelor--- a perfect base camp for all your recreational adventures. Bend's highly acclaimed mountain bike trail's are located via a short 15-minute bike ride to the Phil's Trail network or a 5-minute drive to the same.

We are a 5-10 minute walk from some of Bend's best restaurants and breweries: The Victorian, Chow, Kebaba, Ariana, The Lot food carts, Spork, Nancy P's, Sip Wine Bar, 10 Barrel Brewing Company, Kanpai Sushi and Saki Bar, Parilla Grill, Growler Phil's at Primal Cuts Meat Market, Sunriver Brewing Company, Broken Top Bottle Shop, etc... We are a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to downtown Bend ( we have guest bikes for use in town) (1.1 miles to Wall Street).

We are also a quick jaunt from the Les Schwab Amphitheater, and other music venues such as The Century Center, Bend Athletic Club, Volcanic Theater Pub, The Tower Theater, and Midtown Ballroom/Domino Room.

We provide fresh bed sheets and bath towels once per week (extras are stored within the Kottage for your use as well), and provide paper towels and toilet paper as needed.
Periodic cleaning of the Kottage is done based upon length of stay and scheduling availability.
The town of Bend has a robust deer population. You may have the opportunity to see some during your stay. We do ask that you don’t feed or approach them. They are harmless and part of the charm of staying in Bend.
