Eldorado K203 is the ultimate Kaanapali Maui vacation spot! This bright and airy condo will easily fulfill all your needs for a fabulous stay, highlighted by breathtaking sunset and ocean views from the large outdoor living space of your private lanai. There are two lockable spaces: one side features a queen size bed and queen sleeper sofa and the other side features a king size bed. Recently updated in November 2022!

Important Notice: Essential roofing work will be taking place at Eldorado K203 from May 27 to June 14, 2024. While construction is underway, you may experience some noise. However, we assure you that our dedicated team will do everything possible to minimize disruptions and ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

- Updated studio side hosts a queen bed, new queen size sleeper sofa (added in Nov 2022), private bathroom, large flat screen TV, and slider door access to the spacious lanai
- Studio side updated in Nov 2022 with all new bedding, throw pillows, dresser, area rug, and art work
- Master Suite side hosts a king size bed, private master bathroom, large flat screen TV, and slider door access to the spacious lanai
- Master Suite updated in Nov 2022 with all new flooring, bed frame, bedding, side tables, dresser, desk, accent chair, and area rug
- Fully equipped kitchen updated with all new stainless steel appliances in Nov 2022
- 2 Interior dining areas for 4
- 2 Full bathrooms with combination tub/showers
- New in-unit washer/dryer (added in May 2022)

RESORT FEE: The resort requires all guests to check-in at the on-site front desk and pay a REGISTRATION FEE $65 per stay and RESORT FEE $20 per day. This fee is paid by all guests directly to the on-site front desk.

Enjoy the only private beach cabana located directly on Ka’anapali Beach, reserved for the exclusive use of Maui Eldorado guests. Resort hotels such as the Marriott, Hyatt, and Sheraton are also within walking distance of Maui Eldorado.

Arrival PRE-CHECKS: To ensure that our homes meet our standards, just prior to each check-in, our Auditors do a final inspection and a comprehensive video recording to verify the property condition will meet our guest 5 star expectations. If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact our 24x7 support line so we have an opportunity to resolve.

Our continued commitment to SAFETY includes:
-Monthly and annual safety audits and reviews to ensure the upkeep of all our safety standards
-Our Service Managers are "Certified Short-Term Rental Safety Inspectors" through Dwell Safe
-We are the only company in Hawaii and one of a few in the USA that has certified its inspectors

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii.

Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Spacious condo in a great location
The good stuff: We were traveling with 2 teens, so having 2 separate spacious rooms (and baths) was perfect. The location was good - walking distance (or 2-minute drive) to Whaler's Village. Took advantage of the golf cart ride to the beach cabana (nice amenity). Well equipped with beach supplies and kitchen appliances/gadgets. Parking was easy. The stuff that could have been better: The condo was tired. HVAC vents had layers of dust. Cabinets and bath fixtures were quite old. Appreciated the mattress topper, but sheets were not deep enough so didn't stay put. The hot tub at the main pool was warm (not hot) and the jets didn't work. For the price paid, I expect (almost) perfection.

Perfect trip
Easy checkin/checkout process. Unit was clean, had many items to use for the beach and for cooking etc. liked the option of having golf cart rides to/from cabana, especially when little kids are tired at the end of the day. The pools were also great to use when we needed a break from the beach/sand. Overall great option and would gladly rent again.

Maui Vacation
This home was perfect for myself and a friend, it could even have accommodated a couple extra people as well. Just a couple very minor things, the kitchen is a little tight for 2 people and (besides the beds) the inside and outside furnishings are a little worn and outdated. I recommend this place for your stay in Maui.

Beautiful property and location
It was a beautiful location with an awesome view. The workers at the property were very nice and helpful. 5 minute walk to the beach, and nice shops right nearby. Very close to whalers village for shopping. Make sure to be patient and try go slow for the locals they need all the love and Aloha you can bring!
