Nestled along Kaanapali’s golden shores and surrounded by 11 acres of lush tropical gardens, this resort is the perfect setting for your dream Maui getaway. Our ground level condo needs no stairs nor elevator, just an easy walk-out to the pool and beach. The condo, newly renovated, fully equipped, and centrally air-conditioned, has a garden view studio and is located in the quiet section of the Banyan Building. It has a full semi-private lanai, and offers a full-sized and fully-stocked kitchen. We have upgraded with new kitchen and bath cabinets, granite countertops, carpeting, wallpaper, walk-in glass-block shower, new flooring, and modernized ceiling. We recently bought and installed a new top-of-the-line $5,500 WYNN HOTEL AND CASINO LUXURY CAL KING Bed, which our renters rave about. A similar bed is used in the fancy suites at the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino, the most luxurious hotel in the city.

This non-smoking condo can comfortably sleep four guests (including a separate queen sized sofa bed) and has a digital safe for valuables. In addition, we have a new 55" SonyTV. The resort also has two swimming pools with jacuzzis and waterfalls.

This is a full-sized studio (with a full lanai and full kitchen) on the ground floor that sleeps 4 and is in the quiet section away from the busy highway. It is not a hotel room with a Murphy bed and partial kitchen. We have recently installed black-out curtains which are just perfect for a good night's sleep, new lanai sliding and screen doors, and new lanai furniture. Our lanai is semi-private which means you can only see our neighbors on one side. In addition, we have all the things you would need for cooking, like what you have in your home. Also, we have boogie boards, a a new surfboard with fins, 2 new beach umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys for the little ones,

At Maui Ka’anapali Villas there is a nominal facilities fee of 35 dollars per night. This fee facilitates the general upkeep of the grounds and pools. In exchange, these charges are waived: Parking of 1 vehicle, coffee in the lobby (6 - 9 A.M.), pool and beach towels, room and property high speed Wi-Fi, Kaanapali Trolley to Whaler's Village Shopping Center, the new State-of-the-Art Precor fitness center with 24 hour access. Access to hospitality bathroom and shower for early arrivals and late departures, an in-room safe, and toll-free local Maui call access. As the first stop for the complimentary Ka’anapali shuttle, the resort is minutes away from an adjacent tennis ranch and two championship golf courses.
