Welcome to Married with Children at the Lookout!

Married with Children is the perfect place for a quiet family vacation or weekend get-away with friends. Located a short distance from the clubhouse pool, hot tub, and Pickleball court as well as the picturesque Lake Chelan and Lookout Marina.  And don’t forget all the fabulous local wineries!

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a spacious living and dining area to entertain as well as a large open kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare a fabulous meal. A 47” flat screen smart TV with preloaded streaming apps (Netflix, Pandora, Hulu, and others) and DVD player provide entertainment for when you just want to sit and relax.  Also, the gas fireplace provides a cozy setting to curl up and read one of the many provided books. An assortment of movies and board games are also available.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. The main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with an ample supply of bedding for your needs. The en-suite bathroom includes a large tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second master is complete with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. For the kids, we have a cozy bedroom complete with twin bunk beds, flat screen television and an XBOX 360 with a wide variety of games. Finally, the sectional living room sofa pulls out to uber comfortable queen size bed. (No kidding, this is not your grandparent’s pull out couch).

What is the best part about Married with Children you may be wondering? It is the rooftop deck! Nothing says relaxation like sitting on a comfy couch by a fire pit enjoying a glass of wine or a good book while taking in the view of the lake or night sky…of course, after you have enjoyed a meal cooked on the BBQ at the patio table that seats 8.  Outdoor furniture and dining not available during Winter months, approximately November-March.

The ease of parking and the one floor home was perfect for us with my elderly Dad. We couldn’t have picked a better house and it was truly comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was how to turn off the heat but figured it out! Thank you for a fabulous stay

The spare bedroom (which is actually an office space) is better for kids (no window, no closet). It was too small for my 6 foot 30 y.o. son so he slept on the couch. But other than that it was a lovely place to spend a week and it had everything we needed.

The master bedroom pillows are due for replacement. The area carpets in the Master & Great room need shampooing or replacement, appear dirty and warn out. Front door alignment is off, so deadbolt does not engage properly. Door must be pulled.

Cute rooftop deck and great location. I would recommend this home for it's location, and overall comfort. The area rugs need a good shampooing but otherwise the home was immaculate. One thing to note, especially if you are familiar with the Seabrook development on the WA coast. This development doesn't have restaurants, coffee shops (after Labor Day) or a gym/fitness center (despite advertising that this is one). So be prepared to drive into town more.

Too Expensive for what you get!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice but for the cost we could have stayed at a luxury hotel. Getting to the beach is a lot when it’s 100 degrees and they don’t tell you that. The only door to door shuttle is if you are disabled. It was just way too expensive for all that! The house was pet friendly but has no yard really and had planters etc with no flowers in them so it looked tacky.

2 week summer vacay

Had a fantastic stay at the Married with Children property. The house was really clean & just as described. We love the Lookout community as it is great for kids with the pools, beach area & shuttles. Gave 4 stars as there were a few things that I wouldn’t expect a house costing this much for 2 weeks would have: - the gas firepit on the rooftop deck didn’t work. We logged a maintenance call but were unable to use the whole time we were there. It was warm enough not to need but would have been nice for ambience. The sofa up there is lovely & comfortable & was one of my favorite spots in the house - need a larger tilting sun umbrella on the deck. Hard to get shade coverage with the existing small straight one during the day - the ice maker on the fridge was broken but kitchen was well stocked & they did have ice trays but need to fix - need to get a better quality mattress for the guest room. Our friends shared it was not confuse table for 2 people to sleep. Other than the above we had an amazing time & would recommend this property to friends & family Tina

We are becoming regulars at the Lookout. Stayed at different places several times. This place did not disappoint at all. Loved the deck and the layout - functional cozy place

They seem to have a spider problem though, as during our week stay we killed no less that 25 HUGE spiders in the bedrooms and bathrooms. When we alerted the management company, they could care less. We've stayed at the Outlook q few times before, and this was the first time weve had an issue like this.

House was clean, had everything we needed, and an awesome rooftop with fire table and grill. It was perfect central location to the lookout amenities and to all the nearby wineries. I would absolutely stay here again.Also kudos to the management company who was available for questions and suggestions. My experience was top notch .

Was great to have a place for the dog to stay w/us. The house is kept up great, and was gorgeous inside and out. Was excited the pools were opened We missed having happy hour though : ( This was our last trip to Chelan before move across the country and it was just perfect!
