Family stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall an awesome experience. Only setbacks were The coffee maker plastic basket needs to be replaced as it is missing a piece and our coffee was sludgy. The sofa bed sheets were not in the closet (or anywhere in the house) when we went to make the bed. But security was able to gain access to housekeeping. Otherwise everything was great.

Perfect Little House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect house for small family. Close enough to the pools to walk and right around the corner from the beach/dock access. Access to the deck is outside from the back door. Private trail from back door to the road above which leads to the park and upper pool. Very affordable for the size. Very happy with the centralized location. If you want to watch movies with little kids bring a dvd. Could not get the tv to work. Not a huge deal for us but good info to pass on. We would stay again for the price

The roof top deck was the icing on the Cake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wish we could have stayed another week or two. Great place, very comfortable and loved the upper deck for sunsets and a glass of wine. The spare bedroom (which is actually an office space) is better for kids (no window, no closet). It was too small for my 6 foot 30 y.o. son so he slept on the couch. But other than that it was a lovely place to spend a week and it had everything we needed.

Married with Children review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay. However the home is in need of some refreshing. The non stick cooking pans appear scratched and well used. The master bedroom pillows are due for replacement. The area carpets in the Master & Great room need shampooing or replacement, appear dirty and warn out. Front door alignment is off, so deadbolt does not engage properly. Door must be pulled.

Cute House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house located in the Lookout development. It was perfect for 3 adults and could have fit more. Cute rooftop deck and great location. I would recommend this home for it's location, and overall comfort. The area rugs need a good shampooing but otherwise the home was immaculate. One thing to note, especially if you are familiar with the Seabrook development on the WA coast. This development doesn't have restaurants, coffee shops (after Labor Day) or a gym/fitness center (despite advertising that this is one). So be prepared to drive into town more.

Too Expensive for what you get!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice but for the cost we could have stayed at a luxury hotel. Getting to the beach is a lot when it’s 100 degrees and they don’t tell you that. The only door to door shuttle is if you are disabled. It was just way too expensive for all that! The house was pet friendly but has no yard really and had planters etc with no flowers in them so it looked tacky.

2 week summer vacay

Had a fantastic stay at the Married with Children property. The house was really clean & just as described. We love the Lookout community as it is great for kids with the pools, beach area & shuttles. Gave 4 stars as there were a few things that I wouldn’t expect a house costing this much for 2 weeks would have: - the gas firepit on the rooftop deck didn’t work. We logged a maintenance call but were unable to use the whole time we were there. It was warm enough not to need but would have been nice for ambience. The sofa up there is lovely & comfortable & was one of my favorite spots in the house - need a larger tilting sun umbrella on the deck. Hard to get shade coverage with the existing small straight one during the day - the ice maker on the fridge was broken but kitchen was well stocked & they did have ice trays but need to fix - need to get a better quality mattress for the guest room. Our friends shared it was not confuse table for 2 people to sleep. Other than the above we had an amazing time & would recommend this property to friends & family Tina
