Goodnight Moon is the brand new carriage house available in conjunction with Hello Sunshine. It’s the most private retreat at The Lookout, and adding Goodnight Moon to your visit expands the number of people who can enjoy a getaway and spoils the lucky couple who get to stay in it.

Like many of the homes at The Lookout, this exquisitely appointed modern vacation home is situated in a community with abundant amenities for guests to enjoy.

Distinctive to Hello Sunshine is the extravagantly large double-level deck to take full advantage of the Western exposure and panoramic view, ample outdoor seating and fire pit, and Koolfog ™ misting system to comfort you on hot, sunny days. Indoors, 20-foot vaulted ceilings and windows galore welcome the abundant sunshine and surroundings. One of the largest lots in The Lookout, Hello Sunshine’s lower patio embraces a privately situated deluxe hot tub with divine pulse massage and waterfall features and is the only home in the Lookout with a sauna.

Hello Sunshine sleeps 6, with three luxuriously appointed bedrooms, each featuring queen size beds with “hello have I died and gone to heaven” memory foam mattresses. The lake-facing bedrooms each have individual French-door access to the deck, the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a connected and shared bathroom. The great room and all bedrooms have smart TVs to allow for independent indoor entertainment.

Luxurious fleece robes with custom monograms and super cute Hello Sunshine pool towels are available for your comfort and convenience, and to make you feel as special as you are.

Decorated and furnished with relaxation and beauty in mind, there is high-quality furniture, original fine art and objects d’art throughout the home. Hello Sunshine would be a difficult home for small and curious children who may think these are toys to play with, which of course they are not.

Chefs will appreciate the generously appointed kitchen, cooking voyeurs will relish the eating bar and leather swivel barstools, and entertainers will enjoy the lovely dinnerware, serving ware and abundant beverage accommodations. The dining table seats 8 with banquette seating as well as individual chairs.

The great room pivots on the view and the gas fireplace, with a living room area featuring a chaise lounge at the end of the extraordinarily comfy couch, an oversized ottoman, a glider, and a pair of sweet cozy chairs each with its own pony footstool.

Hello Sunshine with carriage house option:

Goodnight Moon is a private suite at an elevation that gives two special guests an even better view up the lake for an exclusive, “I deserve to be spoiled” experience. It boasts its own secluded deck for quiet moments enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverages. The oversize suite features a queen size bed (Ghost memory foam, no less), a couch, armoire and smart TV, a kitchenette with an under counter fridge, microwave and coffee machine, and a ‘3/4 bath. The same attention to detail extends from the main house to the carriage house, where you’ll enjoy more original artwork (not chosen to go-with-the-couch), ceramic dishware and serving pieces, and enough beautiful glassware to invite your friends from the main house to join you for happy hour. Or not. It is, after all, the most private retreat at The Lookout.
