Welcome to Myrtlewood Cottage!

Myrtlewood Cottage is located 0.3 miles from the stadium (8 minutes walking)! This adorable home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 adults plus children! The home is decorated with Alabama Football flair and is the perfect location for a game day weekend stay! Right when you walk in there is a small eating table that overlooks the living area. As you go further into the home you will see a large red couch in front of the TV, where you can comfortably watch Alabama football! Right behind this couch there is a fireplace and another couch you can sit on and enjoy the fire! The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and appliances you will need to create the perfect meal or game day treats! After crafting a delicious meal everyone can sit along the dining table and enjoy! There is a pool room in the house for everyone's entertainment!

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom that has a tub-shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The second bathroom is down the hall and has a walk-in shower. There are two Twin optional rollaway beds that can be added on.

Outside there is a covered patio with lots of comfortable seating and a TV! There is also a fire pit and grill along with a large backyard space!

- Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of $25.

The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30pm, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.

Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
