ā€œRiver Timeā€ is a unique private riverfront retreat that offers all the amenities of a home. The property is nestled in the woods along the scenic Little Missouri River, which flows just outside your door. You can fly-fish for brown or rainbow trout, kayak, or float in the river. If you enjoy the lake life, Lake Greeson is right around the corner, or you can dig for diamonds at the Crater of Diamonds State Park. The property features a large furnished deck where you can grill and relax around the gas fire pit (wood provided) to the sound of the river while stargazing under the beautiful Arkansas night sky. The house is spacious enough for 10 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

River House

Great location on the river and close to Lake Greeson. Quality linens, furniture and a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

The house was lovely, as advertised, well stocked and comfortable. There is not a grocery store close at all so just be aware. The house did have a few staples and was well stalked on spices. Beds were comfortable. The walk down to the water is not an easy one however just around the corner is a public area with a ramp. We went several times. Wonderful location.

What a beautiful house with an even better River view! Great fishing, peace and quiet and beautiful night skies. House had everything you could need or want. Absolutely a great vacation spot, we will definitely be back!

Loved every minute of our stay! Your home exceeded all of our expectations! The owners have thought of everything! Extra blankets, extra wood, pots, pans, and even seasonings! 10 out if 10 would come back! This little get away was exactly what my family needed to reconnect thank you!!!

We had a fantastic time staying at this house. Plenty of room for our family and it backs up to the river. The kids were able to kayak and sit by the river at night.

Peaceful

This was a great little getaway location! It was so peaceful near the river! And, although we did have to watch out for the generation schedule for the river (which meant not being on it during that time frame), we didn't feel it detracted from enjoying the river at all. We saw birds and other wildlife (including a river otter!) while enjoying coffee in the morning. The owners were responsive to any questions we had during the stay, and the rental was stocked well with spices and kitchen cookware. We had no problem cooking any of the meals we had planned. The only complaint would be the wifi. They have Sonos speakers, which are great, but unfortunately, the majority of our group uses music streaming apps to access music. Even kicking all off wifi but the one person trying to stream music didn't work. We didn't mind that cell service was spotty, as that added to the peacefulness of the location and texting worked just as well for communication purposes. Such a lovely place! We would stay again.

Great Place to Stay!

This is great place to stay at. Our family had a great time here. The house is very cozy with a nice view of the river in the back. The home is just as nice on the inside as the outside. The fire pit in the back was great. Our family enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with the river right there........very peaceful. There is a river access landing next to the property with a nice sidewalk running along the river so we enjoyed walking down it with the family. The owners, Tara and Jay, are great to work with. Overall, this is a great place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable, well appointed home

We met our family in this 3 BR 2 Bath home on the Little Missouri. It was perfect for our birthday celebrations. The kids had a great time exploring the river. We all talked and played games in the great room (living room/kitchen). The table was big enough to sit 10 for meals. The beds were comfortable. Overall the home is new, well maintained and convenient. The December weather, while cold, cooperated and we were able to spend some time outdoors. I imagine this would be a fantastic place to stay in the spring or summer. The only complaint was that with 8 devices sharing the WiFi, performance degraded. But this is minor. Some of us remember when we didn't have devices at all and welcomed attending to each other instead of our screens.
