The house is very well stocked with everything you might need. The host was very quick to respond to all my questions and very helpful. We had a great stay and the sunset over the bay view was 10/10.

This is our “go-to” every time we make a trip to Fairhope which is once or twice a year. We’ve probably stayed at this house 7-8 times. Terri, the hostess, is quick to respond about any questions or needs. The view and sunsets are incredible, and the house is equipped with everything you might need. Including a crab trap! Highly recommend.

Our stay was excellent. The house was clean and Teresa was very responsive anytime asked a question. We had a great time fishing and caught some fish and crabs. The area is very quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy being close to the water.

Beautiful bay stay

Mornings and evenings are our favorite times here! In between fun on the pier, paddle boarding (we brought our own) and crabbing makes our family getaway just perfect! We have stayed here for several years and our host is top notch.

Great getaway!!

It was a GREAT, quiet location on the water, yard well-kept and fenced for pets with scooper right by the door, and washer/dryer for cleaning clothes, most all kitchen necessities available and ready, very quaint wood floors beach house style interior with brick exterior and 1st and 2nd floor patio overlooking the bay. There is some settling in the home from previous hurricanes that happened causing some sloping in floors, doors that are hard to open and close and some sub par repairs to water damage and settling cracks due to storm years on the gulf. Still a great stay had a great time! Room for pets and outdoorsy kids to play, would recommend for a vaction get away in a quiet BEAUTIFUL area!

Nice place

Very convenient to the Point Clear and Fairhope areas. Roomy place. Interior could use a little updating, but if you are not going to be spending the entire time in the room, it's very nice for families. We had 4 adults. Good area in the back with a swim dock on the bay. One thing to note: The upstairs is open to the entire area (just one room plus bathroom) including to the downstairs sitting / TV areas) so not much privacy there. Kitchen was fine, not exactly super modern, but functional. We'd definitely like to stay here again.

We’ve rented this house multiple times. We love the location and proximity to Fairhope, and how quiet the neighborhood is. The house has everything you could possibly need. Terri is a great host and very responsive with any questions.

Very clean, well if not lavishly furnished. Beds very comfortable, property manager friendly and responsive. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only real negative for us as a 70 couple was the downstairs living room furniture, which was old and worn, not terribly comfortable. Two new living room easy chairs would boost our B to an A-!

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our monthlong stay! Everything was just right and our host was very attentive and accommodating. The views from the outside porches were spectacular, especially the gorgeous sunsets! A terrific respite from cold New York State winter weather.

Beautiful sunsets

We hadn't been to Alabama since COVID, and decided on this VRBO because of the location. We weren't disappointed. The sunsets are spectacular. The area is quiet and in a lovely neighborhood.Close to Fairhope, Foley and Gulf Shores. We were able to enjoy the beach and Mobile Bay.And Mother Nature also let us experience a record snowfall!Our hosts were wonderful and only a message away. We had a memorable time!

A Wonderful Stay

Beautiful surroundings earned this house a second visit for us! November is a transition month for the weather and this location is perfect for a late Fall getaway. Cozy accommodations, comfortable furnishings, and a killer location-this VRBO has it all. We hosted grandkids and their parents and all ages were entertained, Thanks to the owners’ attention to detail, books, puzzles and games are provided and much appreciated. The sunsets are amazing, too!

Scenic Get-Away

This house was very clean, comfortable,and loved the arrangement. So quite this time of year, very scenic, dolphins went by every day. Spent most of time on patio or pier. Terri answered every question I needed to ask quickly. Would definitely come back. Nice fishing there.

Great location great vibe

The Fairhope area is a wonderful place to relax. From great dining to nice views of the bay, to local pecan growers. This location is quiet with good neighbors. Nice sunsets and a bright open living area. Great communication with owner.

Peaceful and relaxing for all of us, including pups

We spent 6 days here, and enjoyed it, and so did the puppies! The fenced in yard was great for the dogs to run around and meet the neighbors dogs, as they walked by! The ability to be on the water is so serene. We got the outer bands of Francine, but it was gone in no time! We used the crab traps and caught a few- but with the storm, we released the large females and the little males back into the bay. Thanks for the opportunity to have our much larger dogs vacation with us, and for your hospitality! We look forward to returning again!

Wonderful Stay

This was our 5th stay at this property and it’s absolutely wonderful every single time. The location is quiet so it’s a great place to relax. It’s roughly only a 10-15 minute drive into Fairhope or just 30 minutes into Gulf Shores so the location is perfect. We definitely will rent again next year.

Family Friendly

We stayed for 7 days in July. We were visiting for a softball tournament but didn’t want to be in the busy area of the beaches. Our boys love to fish and it was right at the back door. There was a crab pot on site. We were able to catch crab and shrimp to cook fresh. The place was well kept and fit our family of 6 just fine. The only issue we had was we ran out of toilet paper and the only time we used the grill there was not enough propane to finish cooking our meal so we had to use the broiler on the stove. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. If we return this would be a property we would return to.

Great Place!

The host was wonderful with excellent communication. The house was nice, clean and a great location. Very quiet and peaceful. Sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay ! The Host has thought of everything!

We ( my husband and in-laws) have certain standards/ check list that we want in staying at a vacation home. You have met them all. A/C , comfy mattress and pillows, water pressure in showers, great cooking pans - Diamond pans never heard of them cook great and easy to clean , sharp knives, ropes on the pier to hold onto when walking ( more for my in-laws) Love putting puzzles together. Fishing, sitting on the dock , Stunning Sunsets, Fenced in yard. Perfect for our Aussiedoodle not to run off. Highly recommend!

Independence Day Stay

This is our fourth year to stay at this property. It’s the perfect size for us. We love how close we are to the bay and love the pier to swim off of and to crab. House is well stocked with needed toiletries and kitchen needs. We love the ease of check in and communication with Terri. We are already booked for next year! 🇺🇸
