Welcome to Belle Vue Retreat owned and managed by Water and Wood Properties of Fairhope, AL, nestled on County Rd 1 in Fairhope, AL. This property boasts 106ft directly on Mobile Bay with spacious pier and boat lift. The all-window sunroom with swinging chair provides ample viewing for coastal birds, dolphins and boating watching!

Belle Vue Retreat is perfect for family and friends looking for a bay-cation for a long weekend or a week + long getaway! There's plenty of room for spacious living outside AND inside with a family room area and a beautiful all- window sun room looking over the bay.

The kitchen has white quartz counters with a large working island space. Lots of room for more than one chef in this kitchen! The bar area has seating for four while the dining table also has seating for four. We include a Keurig Combo coffee station with Kcups, coffee grounds, creamers and sugars. The kitchen also has chefs knives, blender, toaster, microwave and plenty of baking and cooking supplies for the families that enjoy cooking together.

All bedrooms include hotel quality beds, mattresses and luxury linens. The Primary bedroom with a King size bed, luxury linens and private bath with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds with a jack and Jill bathroom and another full bath with shower. All bathrooms have luxury towels and hotel soaps and shampoo/conditioner.
The extra bed is a queen sleeper/sofa in the den area with linens provided.

Belle Vue Retreat's shining spot is the beautiful Sun Room right off the Primary bedroom. This panoramic, unobstructed view of the bay is absolutely breathtaking! Claiming your spot on the swinging chair to watch the sea gulls and pelicans will be your main objective if you have to share with family! If you're looking for an IG post, this is where you'll find it!

Technical Amenities: This cottage has a designated work station, hi speed WiFi, Alexa bluetooth speaker, Smart Tv's with streaming AND local channels

Outside Amenities:
As you walk down the back steps of the cottage, you will find a fully equipped gas grill with propane provided. Outside lounge chairs are provided to enjoy the scenery. For your outside entertainment, we provide a Corn Hole game stored under the cottage in the storage area.

If you enjoy fishing and crabbing, you are welcome to bring your fishing tackle and try your casting skills at some of the best fishing in Mobile Bay! Crab traps provided!
If fishing isn't your thing, then wooden Adirondacks chairs are provided so you can soak up the sights and sounds of the Eastern Shore.

If you would like to bring a small boat or jet ski, a public lunch is about a mile north of the home at Mullet Point. The boat house is equipped with chairs, a sink, boat lift, and life jackets. There's also a swim ladder provided.
*Water is SHALLOW...NO DIVING!

THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 26 STAYING AT THE PROPERTY.

The home was even better than pictured! Beautifully decorated, super clean and Tina was a perfect host. We booked with just a few days notice so finding this amazing home was more than we could have expected! The sun room was our second favorite place after the peer with comfy swinging chairs to listen to the waves and watch the sunsets. We hope to be back with more people next time.

Sweet Retreat ion the Bay

This was our fifth girls trip and we selected Fairhope, Alabama after a recommendation from my niece. Our lovely cottage provided a breathtaking view for all of us. Tina was extremely helpful from the very beginning and for as the spokesman for the group, this was just what the doctor ordered - a peaceful and charming cottage that even had itā€™s own pier where I spent several early mornings. We are grateful and lucky to have found such special spot and hope to return one day!.

This was our second stay at this beautiful beach house, but it definitely will not be our last! I canā€™t express how comfortable and beautiful the house was; and the views are spectacular. The host, Tina, is so sweet and accommodating.. and you must try dinner at Kingfisher!! every single dish the nine of us had was truly delicious.

Loved this home!

We absolutely loved this home. From the accuracy of the posting to the beautiful views of the Bay, we had a marvelous time. The boys loved fishing from the pier and the sunsets were incredible. Tina was a great host. We will come back next year.
