Sandpiper Cove Unit #1154 is a stunning property packed with amenities (details below) located Beach side

with private beach access overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 1154 has one of the quickest accesses to the water in the entire Sandpiper Cove complex, with stairs off the back deck. Out the back door, and you are on the sand! This newly renovated property is stunning, from top to bottom, down to the small details. This unit has all the comforts of home, plenty of space for your family, and a large open area for the kids to play off the back deck. For the bigger kids and adults, enjoy beach volleyball right out your back door! Combine all of this with a large bar-height patio furniture set for 6 people and you have the perfect place to enjoy the sun.

3 night min stay required

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the unit. All mattresses are memory foam and curtains are black out to ensure you get great rest away on your vacation. The master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, and an amazing 5 ft vanity equipped with natural lighting for the ladies in your family to look their best. The second bedroom furnishes 1 queen & 1 twin bed, and the living room has a full queen-sized pull out couch. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, stove top, and washer & dryer to meet and exceed your needs. When you want to relax, your needs are met with 4K flat screen smart televisions in the master and living room combined with a BlueRay DVD player.

The place was ok, we had to have the cleaning ladies come back our first night because they didn’t do there job the first time around, the bedding was never changed had sand, hair, stains, in the bed in the master. And a piece of a hand nail and hair in one of the other beds. On top of that the lady that texts you about your stay didn’t believe me til they had a women come back to look at the property. Would not stay in that one ever again! Other than the lack of cleanliness in the beds it was a decent place.

Oh Kathi, how we wish you had not violated your rental contract by sneaking 2 dogs into our second home then blaming our housekeeper for sand and dog hair in the bed.  See, here's how it works.   You signed a rental agreement and we were clear on the pet policy of 1 dog under 30lbs and you bring2 dogs into my house.  The beds did indeed have sand and fur on the covers, that's what happens when you bring dogs into a condo and allow them on the beds.  This home has nothing but fantastic reviews, over and over guests rave about the view, the updated decor, the comfortable beds and the cleanliness.  You are correct about one thing, you will never be welcomed back

Everything was great with the room but it needs a new mattress on the single bed smells like sour water/dog poop. They came to look at and sprayed it with odoban. Didnt help. Was not able to use bed the rest of the time. Everything else was perfect. Didn’t ruin our time.

Linda, The mattress when inspected had no odor, no stains and a new zipper mattress protector was put on. Your husband inspected the mattress and the new mattress protector. Your husband noticed no odor coming from the mattress. Do not know what you where smelling but it was not the mattress.

A piece of heaven on the beach

Clean, spacious, and beautiful views! This place has it all. If you want a place within feet from a private beach this is for you! The showers had great water pressure, the kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils and the location was perfect! I would definitely stay there again.

Good location to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed being just steps from the beach.

Amazing location

First time using vrbo and I love the experience. The condo was perfectly located. We walked on to the beach and when we chose to go out and do activities everything was convenieny located.

Condo is nicely updated and clean. Location to beach and restaurants is great. Easy check-in. Very nice convenience of having your own beach chairs/umbrella set up daily. Gulf water was incredibly clear and felt fairly warm for 1st week of May. Would stay here again :)

Right on the beach.

The place was just like the pictures. He was very nice clean. It was right on the beach did not have to wear your shoes to the beach. Food and shopping places were very close. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great time we will be back. Definitely recommend it to anybody.
