This is an amazing condo if your your looking for peace and tranquility!!
This unit has everything you need to have the best vacation that you can possibly have. The views are breath-taking from this upstairs unit. Within 1/2 mile is everything you could possibly need. Movies, groceries, water-park, go-carts.....and more.
We have four condos in the same building, same layout on the beach. Please use google

Had to fix the garbage disposal upon arrival. Mattress could be replaced. We had bad weather all week, but no one to blame but the weatherman.

Fantastic Location for An Amazing Beach View

The owner of the condo is great. She is very responsive to my inquiries and got back to me within the hour. Checkin was great. Location- If you want to be on the beach from your balcony, you can't get much closer. I could throw a rock and hit the water from this condo. It's very, very close to the beach. You're no more than a five-minute drive to the boardwalk, waterpark, and restaurants. You're in the middle of everywhere. Condo - It was very quiet. One bedroom. There are some things I addressed with the owner directly, they're looking to resolve in the near future. If they take care of those items, this would easily be a 5-star location condo. I'm confident these issues will be addressed.You're in a gated area. The Sand Fea restaurant is a 2-minute walk from the condo.

The view was great!!! Loved being right on the beach! We searched for something right on the beach and that’s what we got! The stairs was a little tough for our age, but we muddled through. We had a great time!

Beach getaway

Great location will stay here again. Yes it is outdated but seriously cannot beat the view!BEWARE of the dishwasher door the spring on the door will slam it against you leg or foot, it about broke my wife’s foot.

Perfect location

I loved my stay in this condo. The unobstructed view from the balcony was the best! Super close to stores and restaurants. I will definitely be booking this condo again soon.

Location and view make it a winner

Although the condo is dated, everything worked and the furniture was comfortable. The view from the balcony makes you feel like you are on the beach but you don't need to haul all your things down there to enjoy it. We absolutely loved it and hope to rent this unit again in a couple years.

Property Owner Ghosted Us

I booked this property in February for our October stay. We live in Indiana, when we were 150 miles away I realized I did not have the access information for the condo and it was after the time we could check in. I sent a message to the property owner and heard nothing. I had to reach out to Vrbo and they said they would get us a refund and to try to book somewhere else. Imagine how stressful trying to find a place to stay last minute during fall break. Then add in the fact I had been in the car driving all day with a 5 year old, a 9 month old, and 2 dogs. Then the day AFTER we were to check in they sent us the instruction information. I replied back that we arrived the day prior and once again heard nothing. So don’t book with any of their multiple properties unless you want to take the chance of being stranded.

Beautiful Beach View!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed at in Florida because of the beach views and sounds! You are literally right on the beach. Description of condo is right on! All of the staff there is super friendly and we felt very safe and secure. We will be back next year!

Amazing!!

10/10-we loved it! The chairs to rent on the beach were $40 a day & it’s first come first serve (blue & green umbrellas) make sure you get out there to get the spot you want. Okay first night we got there, unbelievable-we saw the blue angels fly over, we saw a couple get engaged, dolphins, and a freakin rainbow. It was unbelievable!!! We ate tomato sammies, chilled on the back porch and played games. Second day we brought all of our tents & chairs down to the beach (pro-tip: if you don’t want to rent chairs, leave your heavy stuff in your car, the stairs can be a pain). We had a BLAST - we ate at old steamers bay I think is the name? Ate crab legs that were amaze balls. We passed out at like 8:30 lollz-the next day we rented chairs & the umbrella-totally worth it!! We played & played all day long on the beach. We brought our lunch & named all the birds that wanted a snack (Gigi, Fifi, & Chi Chi) we went & ate at the back porch & bought a bucket mmmm so good. We ubered everywhere too-very easy!!! We just had the best time-it’s really all you need for 2 people. The price is right & the views really are amazing. The only thing that I would update for the trip details & the pictures is that the front door to the condo looks to be like the floor below it & that it looks like you don’t have to walk far to get to the beach. It is 3 flights of stairs plus a little walk around, but you are right there!! We weren’t expecting to be on the top. Thank you for the best time EVER!

Kinda nice and relaxing

Kinda nice and relaxing but one thing I hate the most I don't know why they do fires work 1oclock few times a weeks in the morning for woke me up can't go back sleep and scare the crap out of my puppy

Beautiful views, needs cosmetic updates

Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable, however, for the price that we paid for just 6 days/7 nights, we would've expected a more updated property. Lots of cosmetic things that the owners, I'm sure, can afford to update. (Molding/baseboards coming apart from the walls in the kitchen, the patio/deck needs a brand new coat of paint, etc..) The toilet handle and inner mechanisms were rusted out and ultimately broke during our stay. Although my VRBO property owner responded to my request within minutes, the maintenance man wasn't there for HOURS later to fix it. My point is, these are simple updates that should be fixed PRIOR TO guest arrivals. This all being said, however, it was a quiet, comfortable place and we did enjoy our stay. Only mentioning this so that maybe they can make some much needed improvements.
