Savor the Polynesian elegance and comfort of this charming & spacious townhouse, where youā€™ll enjoy lush, tropical surroundings with garden views and a wonderful sense of privacy.

This tastefully decorated ground level end unit is bright & airy, with lovely tropical dƩcor throughout.

Set in the center of Princeville, our Plantation Townhome offers a vast array of nearby activities and points of interest, including Anini Beach, Sea Lodge Beach, Queens Bath, Hideaways Beach, Princeville Beach all within walking distance. Within a few minutes drive you can visit the Kilauea Lighthouse & Wildlife Preserve, exceptional snorkeling at Tunnels Beach and Ke'e Beach with it's breathtaking view of the Na Pali Coast, explore the expansive stretches of Lumahai Beach, Hanalei Bay Beach, Secret Beach and Rock Quarry Beach. Close by (walkable) is the Princeville market for groceries, shopping and dining, and the quaint Hanalei town with its extensive collection of eclectic shopping and dining just a few minutes down the road.

Please note, as part of our Keep Kauai Green initiative to encourage thoughtful electricity consumption we deduct the actual cost of the electricity consumed, as read from the e-meter. This cost is deducted from the deposit after the visit. The cost typically runs between $5 and $15 per day depending mainly on hot water, laundry, and air conditioning used during your visit. To get you through the first day or two we will have at least a couple of rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, liquid hand and dish soap, a couple dishwasher tablets, and enough laundry detergent to wash a load or two of laundry. For stays longer than a couple of days you will likely need to purchase more of these supplies on island or bring from home. You will also want to bring your own favorite shampoo and conditioner.

Comfy in Paradise

Condo was in a beautiful area close to shopping and Foodland. Beautiful Hanalei is just a few minutes away with more shopping and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the cozy lanai morning and night. There was always a breeze blowing. The only negative thing to say is the number of rugs throughout the house. Luscious Lanai

This is a great villa on the north side of Kauai. Location is great for being a home base to almost everywhere. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master has a sliding door to the lanai, which is accessible also from the living/dining room. The master bath was all that, with a spacious welkin shower. My biggest challenge was figuring out what light switches were where... and they were marked. And my other issue was ever leaving the lanai. The nature was amazing with birds, geckos, and serenity.

Great time on Kauai north shore.

Great condo for two couples with everything you need and then some. Owners are good communicators and very helpful. Condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. Centrally located to north shore beaches and activities, but there isnā€™t much that is walkable. Our only real surprise and disappointment was the amount of traffic noise from the adjacent road that carries almost all of the traffic in Princeville. We learned to ignore it to enjoy the ocean breeze blowing through our open windows.Mahalo to Ken and Chloe!

Cozy and welcoming property

This was the perfect place for our visit. We each had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen had all we needed as we prefer cooking our meals (vs going out).The setting is lovely and the patio welcoming. The owners were fabulous to deal with and if we come back to Kauai, we would look to stay here again.

Local approved vacation rental!

This place is local Hawaii resident approved! We live on Big Island and frequent the other islands when our adult kids visit throughout the year so we can play tour guide and make that long plane ride from the mainland unique for them each trip. While we only spent our evenings to sleep in the unit, we appreciated the peace and quiet, cleanliness, communication, ease of access/parking, reasonable pricing, amenities and location. We loved that the bedrooms were separated by the living/dining area and that all appliances were in clean/ working order - a rare experience for us with all the other vacation rentals weā€™ve stayed in locally. We stayed for a week and will definitely not only stay again but will recommend highly to others.

It is clear that the Ken and Chloe take a lot of pride in their property. They were responsive and had good communication. The kitchen was well stocked and having beach chairs and towels available was very helpful.

Great stay loved the area!

My girls and I had a wonderful stay. Had my morning coffee out in the lanei and watched those red headed birds come chirp at me. The place has some spices and olive oil so donā€™t go and buy. My girls loved just walking across the way to do a morning work out. This place was literally centrally located. A few minutes here and there. We went to annini, tunnels and hanalei beaches. Rented our snorkeling gear from Hanalei Surf Co. and went to the Fire Show. I would definitely come back and stay with the family.

Beautiful condo in the well-groomed town of Princeville. Clean, decorated with beautiful aloha in every room, well appointed with all the necessary beach and kitchen gear, close to Hanalei where we ate a lot and numerous lovely beaches! Great location with all that you need

We really enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The location was a short drive to beaches, came equipped with most items we needed....except boogie boards....we brought our own but Chloe advised where we could have rented them. Chloe was always responsive to my email inquiries. The only issue...and its all over the island....is the rooster issue. Literally starting crowing around 2AM and did not stop. We had the windows opened to conserve energy...but even when we did close them it didnt make a difference. Bring some heavy duty earplugs.

Beautiful Condo in a Scenic Neighborhood

The condo was perfect for my stay. One of the few in the area that is air conditioned. The location is very convenient with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The pool and hot tub are so clean and well maintained. We loved this condo and would highly recommend. The owners are friendly and quick to respond.

Graduation Gift Kauai Trip

The neighborhood is very well kept and has one of the nicest, pristine, pool/hot tub areas we've ever seen! Our condo was very clean, beautiful vintage Kauai style, very comfortable with all the amenities. It really does look better in person than the pretty photos posted on VRBO. Location is excellent for a Princeville stay. Close to gorgeous views and beautiful beaches...some of the best in the world!! We had some great adventures and would come "home" to this relaxing, beautiful condo. We would stay there again if we are fortunate enough to return.

Lovely, spacious home for our trip!

Wow! We agree with the other guest who stated that this rental is much nicer than even advertised! This unit is beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything was comfortable and clean- from the beds (my back appreciated it) to the living room couch, to the wonderful outdoor seating. We enjoyed morning coffee and a couple grab and go dinners on the lovely lanai. Our son enjoyed the bucket of beach toys and we had plenty of beach towels for our outings. The AC is a bit slow to cool down the unit when we returned in the evenings- but it wasnā€™t an issue because opening a couple sliding doors to let the breeze in works very quickly! Just close the doors again before bed unless you enjoy Kauaiā€™s 4 am rooster noises haha! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place & close to Anini beach, shops & food

The bedrooms are separated bt the livingroom, which makes them private. The master bath is huge, with ADA shower. The lvr upis comfy & we watched March madness & movies. Foodland is close. Anini beach has turtles, fishes, and is reef protected. Very pretty & safe place -snorkel & swim.

Condo Paradise

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location, spacious, and well stocked with all the things needed to cook and go to the beaches. We loved sitting out on the patio in the mornings and evenings. We were all very comfortable, the neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed the pool area too. We had a wonderful time.

A true paradise

Wow! This place was amazing! We were surprised it was even more beautiful in person than online! We were visiting for my 50th birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! It was a perfect location for exploring the entire island, but definitely the north side (Hanalei, Princeville, and east side). So many beautiful things to see every single day! We didn't even turn on the TV once in our entire visit, which felt amazing! Drinking coffee on the lanai every morning was heaven, even with the loud roosters! I just used a sound app on my phone, problem solved! LOL I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. It was the best birthday I've ever had.
